The results showed that the crystalline grain size of two kinds of powder is about 7 nanometer.But two kinds of powder are very different in SEM results.The particles of powders prepared by hydrothermal method consist of very small aggregate grains which like a lot of balls and are about 300 nanometer in size,whereas the particles of powders prepared by coprecipitate processing are not homogenous particles in size and poorer in activity.The microstructure of two kinds of powder has obvious influence on the formation of the microstructure of SnO 2 based thick film ceramic materials and the properties of the gas sensors.

用XRD、SEM手段分析了共沉淀工艺和水热合成技术制备的半导体SnO2 纳米晶态粉体及其厚膜陶瓷材料的显微结构 ,结果表明两种粉体的晶粒尺寸大约 7nm ,但两种粉体的XRD照片差异较大。用水热合成技术制备的粉体其颗粒是由纳米晶粒团聚而成 ,颗粒尺寸大约 30 0nm左右 ,具有较大的表面活性 ,而用共沉淀工艺制备的粉体 ,颗粒分布较宽 ,活性差。两种粉体的显微结构对厚膜陶瓷材料显微结构的形成和SnO2厚膜气敏传感器选择性、灵敏度和稳定性有着显著的影响。

X molecular sieve was synthesized from potash feldspar ores by baking and hydrothermal synthesizing procedures. The optimal technological parameters were determined by means of quadrature experiment. The properties of the synthesis powder such as XRD, crystal constants, SEM, DTA, chemical composition, SiO2/Al2O3 are similar to those of the ideal 13X moleclar sieve. And its absorbability comes up to the state standards of chemical industry of China.

以钾长石为主要原料,经焙烧和水热合成工艺,合成了13X分子筛粉.采用正交设计法确定了各工艺过程中的最佳工艺参数.合成分子筛的XRD图、晶胞参数、SEM图、DTA图、化学成分、硅铝比与理想的13X分子筛相似;吸附量达到国家化学工业产品标准.
