Thg anther, however, pointed out that there something is remained to be improved further, such as mutual interference of electric fields of electrodes, R-T curve might be changed after resistance loss of molybdenum electrodes and so on.

Therefore, it is very difficult to work out reasonable operating rules, control the temperature of hot plates, proceed to control their structural properties and carry out automatic control. In this paper, according to over a hundred groups of data measured in normal production, auther used many-dimensional step-regressive method to establish the mathematical model about the controlling temperature of hot roiling plates in cooling system with high pressure water, and acquired the level for every predict factor influencing the temperature fall by APPLE-Ⅱ computer.

在中厚板的拄轧控冷工艺中,常将高压水作为控制板温的手段。但喷高压水后,板的温降值至今仍无可供计算的公式。操作上仅凭工人肉眼之观察。这就给正确制订合理的压下规程,有效地控制钢板的温度,进而控制其组织性能以及实现自动控制都带来一定困难。本文根据在现场生产中采集的一百余组实测数据,利用多维逐次回归方法,在APPLE—Ⅱ计算机上建立了控轧中厚板喷高压水时,板的温降予报数学模型,并给出了各预报因子对温降予报值的影响程发。
