First discussed are the problems in which the equations are in ill-condition and the components are difficult to separate but the components in mathematic models are closely related. The findings show that the observed data of displacement of the rockfill dam can be detached according to independent variable factors, that the creepage of the rockfill body during construction can not be neglected and that there are intervals between the experimental values and the values of inverse analysis of parameters of stress strain relation of the rockfill body. Based on the analysis of the measured data from 1986 to 1992, it is concluded that during the low water season on the lower reaches of the Yellow River, the outage period was annually shortened by 2. 14 months, the water supply was increased by 1. 15 Gm3, therefore, the 2 reservoirs make a great contribution to easing the water shortage on the lower reaches of the Yellow River. 本文结合黄河上、下游蓄、引水特点,首次提出龙羊峡、刘家峡两水库非汛期补水对缩短下游断流时间和增加下游工农业用水的估算方法,并利用1986—1992年非汛期实测资料,估算了相应数值,平均每年缩短了断流时间2.14个月,增加下游工农业用水量11.5亿m3,可增加下游灌溉面积约29.4万ha,为缓解黄河下游水量供需矛盾做出了重要的贡献。
