Recently, the development and application of polymer composite materials have been considered as an efficient way to improve the biocompatibility of biomaterials. In this paper, the advances of the biomedical polymer-based composite materials have been reviewed. The biomedical polymers obtained by mixing with some inorganic fillers, metals, carbons and the other polymers to enhance the biocompatibility have also been introduced. the influence of the microphase separation and domain structure on the blood compatibility of the polymer based composite materials for biomedicine was described. It was well known that the degree of phase segregation, shape and size of domains will affect the blood compatibility.In addition, the achievement of the microporous polymer complex penetrated with bioorganic materials and texture, such used as artificial artery and skin, etc.,was reported.Finally, the composite interaction of the polymer composition of organism tissue have heen discussed.

The large rapid ashing apparatus consists of a special ashingfurnace,oxidation-reduction gas supply system and temperature-programmingcabinet The following Advantages have been showed by ashing experimentwith apparatus above-mentionedBeeasuse nitrogen and mixed gases of oxygen and nitrogen dioxide weresupplied for charring and ashing of samples respectively,the total time ofcharring and ashing was shortened significantly and electric energy was sav-ed.In comparison with the method of typical muffle furnace,the total timeof the rapid ashing method for eight biological samples might be reduced bya factor of 6—53,and electric energy might be saved by a factor of 1.6—13,depending on different properties of biomaterials.This appratus can ash a large amount of samples a batch,for example,it may ash 3.8kg fresh rabbits muscle a batch and 1.6—2kg rice or wheata batch.The fresh sample can also be charred and ashed directly.The appar-atus is suitable for rapid ashing of a large amount of environmantal samplescontaining low level radioactivity,and trace elements.

本文研制的大型生物样品快速灰化装置由快速灰化炉、供气系统和温度程序控制柜三部分组成,适用于含低水平放射性与痕量元素的生物样品的快速灰化。试验结果表明该装置具有以下特点:(1)灰化时间短,耗电量少;(2)一次灰化的样品量大;(3)灰样洁白(或洁净)、疏松、易溶、残炭量少;(4)可直接灰化鲜样。
