And susceptibility to that is controlled by a pair of recessive genes.

Based on genetic theory'of resistance to frogeye leaf spot of soybean, not only a great deal of breeding work can be greatly reduced by using different handling way among different generations, but also can get satisfactory results for handling progenies of soybean.

在合理选用抗源的基础上,采用一次杂交和简单回交改良的方法,进行抗灰斑病大豆育种均能获得良的效果。已选育出丰产抗病品系41个。以抗灰斑病遗传理论为指导,对不同世代材料采取不同的处理方法,可大大减轻选种的工作量,并收到满意的效果。

近十五年来,垦区大豆栽培品种几经更新,变化显著。其趋势为:早熟品种比例增大;叶形变尖,茎杆变强,株型收敛;抗灰斑病能力趋强。品种的更新变化,适应了垦区生态条件,大豆栽培技术发展,以及商品市场的需要。现存的主要问题是:合丰25号在部分地区越区越期种植;缺少抗病品种和能突破低温限制因素的早熟高产品种。
