The natural frequencies, the equation of motion and the node of vibration are discussed for the vibration system of a cradle dynamic balancing machine. Some general remarks concerning the design are make. An analysis by the method of four measuring plane are given together with the actual electric circuits. Furthermore, the general ideas about the KQD-1 type cra-dle dynamic balancing machine are introduced as an example.

This paper presents the structure of the five tilting pad journal bearings which is designed for an air turbo-compressor (DA930-121). Its specifications, production technology and 1:1 full-size test are discussed. The test rig and the test measurement instruments are also described. In addition, the test results of the vibration of the rotor and bearings, the oil flow rate, temperature and the power loss of the bearings are generally analyzed.

Helical springs are widely used in dynamic systems and are frequently subjected to vibrational fatigue failure. The dynamic effects due to vibration should be taken into account by the designer if fatigue failure is to be avoided. In the present paper the dynamic characteristics of helical springs subjected to a reciprocating motion is investigated theoretically ard experimentally. The mathematical model of longitudinal vibration bars is directly used for the dynamic analysis of helical springs....

The mathematical model of longitudinal vibration bars is directly used for the dynamic analysis of helical springs. Force trans mittanos and dynamic spring modulus formulae are given. It is convenient for designer to estimate the range of frequency the spring is allowed to operate.

螺旋弹簧多用于动力系统且常易发生疲劳破坏。为了避免弹簧的疲劳破坏,设计者应对弹簧由振动所引起的动力影响加以考虑。 本文对承受反复运动的螺旋弹簧的动态特性进行了分析与试验。直接把均匀杆纵向振动的数学模型用于弹簧的动力分析。给出了力的传递比和动弹簧模量公式,便于设计者估算弹簧所允许的工作频率范围。
