In the experimental study of the novel membrane transfer process known as pervaporation, the trace chlorinated organic contaminants have been separated significantly from aqueous solutions. The commercial as well as experimental synthetic polymer membranes of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) and polysulfone (PSF), have been tested both singly as well as in composite membranes with aqueous solutions of chlorofom, dichloroethane, and chlorobenzene. In the experimental study of the novel membrane transfer process known as pervaporation, the trace chlorinated organic contaminants have been separated significantly from aqueous solutions. The commercial as well as experimental synthetic polymer membranes of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) and polysulfone (PSF), have been tested both singly as well as in composite membranes with aqueous solutions of chlorofom, dichloroethane, and chlorobenzene. For these materials nominal separation factors ranging from 6—16 for untreated PTFE to over 500 for PVAc/PSF composites have been measured. Among the main influencing factors for this technique which have been identified, the solubility parameter appears to be the most dominant. The principles governing this separation process, namely, the model and the mathematical relationships are presented along with experimentally obtained separation factors and mass fluxes for the materials studied. The success of this technique is the result of appreciable improvement in both membrane permselectivety and stability.

曾用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),聚砜(PSF),聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)等高分子单种膜,和研制的新型复合膜(PVAc/PSF)等,对氯仿、1.2—二氯乙烷、氯苯的水溶液进行试验,其分离系数由6—16(PTFE)增至500以上(用试制的复合膜PVAc/PSF)。此项分离技术的各种影响因素中,似以溶解度参数起决定性作用。文中示出了此分离过程的主要原理、模型、数学关系式与实验数据——分离系数、流率等。研究结果表明,特殊复合膜明显地提高了选择性和稳定性,获得良好的分离效果。

The transport processes of Cu and Pb in Xiamen Bay were studied based on the simple mixing transport model. Input fluxes of Cu and Pb were estimated to calculate their static distributions in water by a modified model. The calculated results are similar to those observed in field, and show that the interactions between suspended particulate matters and heavy metals and the bio-behaviour in seawater are important factors effecting the transport of heavy metals, especially for bio-active elements.

本文在河口、港湾环境污染物质的单纯混合迁移模式的基础上,进一步讨论了厦门港Cu、Pb的迁移过程和特点,估算了Cu、Pb的输出输入通量,用模式计算了水体中的Cu、Pb分布。计算结果与现场调查值接近。计算结果表明,悬浮物对重金属的吸附迁移,特别是颗粒态有机物以及浮游生物对生物活性元素的作用,是影响重金属迁移的重要因素。
