本文通过水资源量和需水量之间的关系分析表明,武威、民勤平原的平均年、平水年以及中等干旱年的可利用水资源量均少于工农业总需水量.为了满足需要,多年来连续超采地下水资源,其结果导致了平原区自然环境生态逐渐恶化.根据具体情况,文中提出两个解决水资源不足的途径:一是推广喷灌、滴灌等灌溉技术,降低现行灌溉定额;二是沿着—经查勘引水线路调大通河水.前者是“挖潜、节流”的主要措施.后者是解决水资源不足的根本性途径,而且在调水工程运行后,必将给平原区带来重大而显著的经济和生态环境效益。

In this paper,the“Shallow Water Theory”of pressure field,which is obtained in reference[3], is applied to the calculation of the pressure field of slender ships in middle water depth(except directly under the ship)and to the transformation of the hydrodynamic coefficients at different water depths. The results are satisfactory in the subcritical region.

文献对水压场的基本方程进行分析,得出了水压场的“浅水理论”。本文用它对中深水细长船水压场某些方面进行分析,即用它对中深水细长船水压场进行计算(船的正下方除外)和对不同水底深度的动水压力系数进行换算。两者所得结果在亚临界流动范围内均较为满意。
