Compositus Yiqi Huoxue ( reinforcing vital energy and activating blood circulation ) , Huang Qi ( Astragalus monogholjcus Bunge ) and daidzein have been shown to increase the resistance of mice to low pressure hypoxia. Compositus Yiqi Huoxue ( reinforcing vital energy and activating blood circulation ) , Huang Qi ( Astragalus monogholjcus Bunge ) and daidzein have been shown to increase the resistance of mice to low pressure hypoxia. In this paper a comparison of these three drugs on acute mountain sickness was observed.Xinety four subjects 18-47 years old were divided into three groups and drugs were separately administered to each group for three days at 2,800m and then for seven days at 4,340 m.The results indicated that in the compositus group the incidence of moderate and severe cases was 35.5%, which was lower than those of Huang Qi group (54.8%) and daidzin group (76.2% ) , the difference between the compositus group and daidzein group was significant ( P<0.05).In all three groups the adaptation index(holding breath time X pulse rate X 100 ) decreased and the pulse rate increased during an ascent from 2,800 m to 4,340m. It seemed that the adaptation index of the compositus group decreased slightly less than that of Huang Qi group, and the pulse rate increased less than those of Huang Qi group and daidzein group.There was probably a correlation between the low severity of acute mountain sickness and less increase of pulse rate after the administration of the compositus.It was concluded that Compositus Yiqi Huoxue appeared to be more effective for the prophylaxis of acute mountain sickness.

Authors suggested that this method be applied to detect SLE ( especially active SLE) with high specificity and sensitivity. It was simple, reliable, well repeatable and could be of value in the diagnosis and follow-up of SLE,

用马疫锥虫血片免疫荧光法检测547例血清标本,20树活动期SLE病人全部阳性,42例非活动期或缓解期SLE病人仅4例阳性;其它结缔组织病68例,除1例硬皮症合并SLE外均阴性,288例非结缔组织病和129例健康对照全阴性。将此法同放射免疫(Farr氏)法比较,二者符合率82.3%。作者认为,本法对于活动期系统性红斑性狼疮有高度特异性和敏感性,操作方便,结果可靠,重复性好,可作为诊断SLE的新方法。

Three groups of mice were exposed in the different pulsedra-diofrequency fields,the intencity of them is 6,9 and 12 mw/cm~2 respec-tively.The smears of bone mellow of femurs of the mice exposed were ob-served under microscope.It was found that the percentage of the microun-cleus formation was 6% for 1st group,10‰ for the 2nd group,11‰ forthe 3rd group and 3‰ for the control group.

三组小鼠分别放在6、9、12mw/cm~2场强的脉冲微波中照射,取其股骨骨髓涂片镜检。第一组微核平均检出率为6‰,第二组为10‰,第三组为11‰,对照组为3‰。
