In the paper, the reaction of tetra-(4-trimethylammoniumphenyl)porphyrin with mercury was studied. The optimum condition to form TAPP-Hg(Ⅱ)complex were established. The wavelength of absorption maximum (λ_(max)) is 445.9nm, and the molar absorptivity is equal to 2.5×10~5. The satisfactory result is got for the determination of Hg in hair and water sampl.

The calibration curve is linear over the concentration ranges of 0.4-3.0 ppb Hg(Ⅱ) and 12.0-24.0 ppb Hg(Ⅱ). It has been applied to the determination of Hg(Ⅱ) in urine, with RSD of 6.9% and recovery of 93.0-105%.

The effects of experimental parameters on such a determination are investigated, and the feasibility of MIP used as the atomizer for AAS at normal atmosphere in the determination of Hg is offered.The linear range of three orders of magnitude, characteristic concentration of 0.04μg/ml,and detection limit of 0.006 μg/ml are obtained.The method is applicable to practical samples with good results.

本文通过测银来研究用常压微波等离子体(MIP)作为原子吸收光谱法(AAS)的原子化器的可行性。文中考查了多实验参数对测定银的影响。用MIP—AAS方法测定银的线性范围为3个数量级,特征浓度0.04μg/ml,检出限0.006μg/ml。实际样品考查获得了满意结果。
