In cotton fields mulchd、with plastic membrane、the development of verticiliium wilt(Verticillium dahliae)and its peak shifed ahead in time and the symptoms were more severe. Sucheffects were more significant in susceptible ctltivars than in resistant cultuvars.Disease index,however.showed no great difference between the mulched fileds and the unmulched control.Mulching substantially enhanced the yield of cotton.

The researches on pathogenic mechanism of non-host specific toxins (NHSTs)have made a greal progress recently. The pathogenic mechanism, especially their primary action site to bost plants of some NHSTs which produced by Fusarium genus.Helminthosporium sativum. and Verticillium dahliae and so on have been reviewed in this paper. It is conclusion that these NHSTs also play a very important roles in their pathogenesis respectively.

近几年来,关于非寄主专化性植物病原真菌毒素(NHST)的致病机制研究有很大进展,本文就镰刀菌(Fusarium)毒素、麦根腐长蠕孢(Helminthosporiumsativum)毒素、大丽花轮枝菌(Verticilliumdahliae)毒素等多种非寄主专化性植物病原真菌毒素的致病机制,尤其是作用于寄主植物后的原初反应进行了综合评述,指出非寄主专化性植物病原真菌毒素在植物病害的发生过程中同样也起着重要作用。
