Under the continuing funds of the National Natural Science Foundation, and based on the Monte-Carlo random simulation methods, Wang Dongwei and his students have being done numerous statistical analyses on the RC frameworks, shear walls and brick structures, and it has been obtained some of the failure correlation laws under small earthquakes, medium earthquakes and great earthquakes respectively.
This paper aims to find the failure rules and failure correlation rules of section constraints of RC frame structure designed according to the aseismic code under small earthquakes, using Monte-Carlo simu lation method, in order to present a significant analysis basis for the theory of reliability analysis, seismic strengthening and postearthquake repairs.
