A self-designed recipe of "activating blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis and dredge the meridian passage" was used to treat 45 cases of ischemic cerebral disease. 3 cases were cured (6.7%); 25 cases showed markedly effective (55.5%); 13 cases effective (28.9%); and 4 cases in effective (8.9%); The total effective rate was 91.1%. The duration of treatment ranged from 17 to 56 days with an average of 23.5 days. The principles and the methods of the treatment were also discussed.

本文报告运用自拟活血化瘀通络方治疗缺血性脑病45例。其中痊愈3例,占6.7%;显效25例,占55.5%,有效13例,占28.9%;无效4例,占8.9%。总有效率达91.1%。最短疗程17天,最长56天,平均23.5天。对活血化瘀的治则和方法进行了讨论。

The influence of anisodamine on the cerebral blood flow in the uncompletely ischemic brains was studied with radioactive biomicrosphere assay. After the bilateral carotid arteries were occluded the cerebral blood flow drawmatically decreased and middle part of the hemisphere had the most severe reduction. Anisodamine 10mg · kg-1 iv selectively increased the cerebral blood flow in this area and 20mg · kg-1 increased that in the whole hemisphere. When it was used in the dose of 40mg · kg-,...

The influence of anisodamine on the cerebral blood flow in the uncompletely ischemic brains was studied with radioactive biomicrosphere assay. After the bilateral carotid arteries were occluded the cerebral blood flow drawmatically decreased and middle part of the hemisphere had the most severe reduction. Anisodamine 10mg · kg-1 iv selectively increased the cerebral blood flow in this area and 20mg · kg-1 increased that in the whole hemisphere. When it was used in the dose of 40mg · kg-, the increasing effect on the cerebral blood flow became weaker. While the cerebral blood flow decreased, the myocardial blood flow increased significantly after bilateral carotid artery occlusion. Anisodamine 20mg · kg-1 iv made it further increase and 40mg · kg-1 iv made it decrease. The cardiac index was not influenced by bilateral carotid artery occlusion and anisodamine 10~20mg · kg-1 iv, but was significanntly increased by anisodamine 40mg · kg-1 iv. These results suggested that anisodamine may be used in the treatment of ischemic cerebral diseases and should be used in different doses according to different purposes.

用放射性生物微球法,观察了山莨菪碱对双侧颈总动脉结扎(BCAL)后大鼠脑局部血流量的影响.BCAL使大鼠大脑半球血流量显著减少,以中部最明显。山莨菪减10mg·kg~(-1)iv明显增加缺血最严重的大脑中部血流量,20mg·kg~(-1)iv明显增加整个大脑半球血流量,40mg·kg~(-1)iv则作用减弱。BCAL后心肌血流量明显增加,山莨菪碱20mg·kg~(-1)iv使其进一步增加,但40mg·kg_(-1)iv则使其显著减少。10~20·mg·kg~(-1)iv对BCA L后的心指数无明显影响,40mg·kg~(-1)iV则使其明显增大。

In this paper, the general complement (GC),C_3 and C_4 were mesured in 44 with acute ischemic cerebravascular in pre and post treatment respectively. The results suggest that C_3 and C_4 are lower than that of controls and GC is higher than that of controls in early period of disease, After 30days of treatment, C_3、C_4 and GC is increased continuously. It indicated that complement system takes part in pathological process of acute ischemic cerebral diseases.

本文对44例缺血性脑血管病患者在治疗前后分别进行了总补体、C_3、C_4测定。结果提示:起病早期,C_3和C_4低于正常,总补体高于正常。治疗30天后,C_3、C_4增高,总补体继续处于高水平状态。说明补体系统参与了缺血性脑血管病的病理过程,对此我们进行了讨论。
