As a result, the pricing mathematical model corresponding to the situation of information service in China was suggested by a cost analysis. In this model, both the capital cost to establish the database and the flow cost including labor cost and consumption cost were considered. Moreover,a price prediction and a practical example of how to calculate a price was demonstrated for Natural Resources Data Base. Finally,the pricing strategy for the CAS SDB was also discussed by this methematical model.

本文是中国科学院“科学数据库及其信息系统总体研究”中的一个子课题。文章分析了科学数据库在研制、开发、服务过程中的各种成本因素,提出了科学数据库服务中的定价、收费等问题。根据这些分析,提出了一个适合中国国情的科学数据库服务的定价数学模型。利用该数学模型,以自然资源数据库为例,计算了该库的服务价格,并进行了一些具体讨论。
