The test shows —— in the condition of same twist factor, cotton polyurethane complex yarn has better evenness than cotton rotor yarn, and has better surface finish, and high break strength & elongation at break which are increasing with twist factor. Change trend of cotton plyurethane strength is from high to low, elongation at break has increasing trend, but twisting efficiency is reduced.

Property of C 58 tex(77.8 tex) rotor spinning cotton polyurethane complex yarn was tested, the result shows that influence of polyurethane filament drafting multiple on complex yarn elastic recovery rate is evident, and influence of polyurethane filament drafting multiple on breaking strength & elongation at break is existing, influence of rotor speed on complex yarn elastic recovery rate and hairiness and influence of yarn design twist factor on complex yarn elastic recovery rate & evenness CV are existing, all in all the influence of polyurethane filament drafting multiple on complex yarn performance is larger. Through researching each performance of rotor spinning cotton polyurethane complex yarn, configuration of rotor speed 49 300 r/min, polyurethane filament drafting multiple 4.5, yarn design twist factor 500 is feasible.

分析了纺杯速度、氨纶丝牵伸倍数及捻系数对转杯纺棉氨复合纱强伸性能、弹性回复性、条干及成纱毛羽的影响,通过正交试验对工艺参数进行了优化。C 58 tex(77.8 dtex)转杯纺棉氨复合纱的性能测试结果表明:氨纶丝牵伸倍数对复合纱弹性回复率影响显著,对断裂强力和断裂伸长率有一定影响;纺杯速度对复合纱弹性回复率和毛羽有一定影响;纱线设计捻系数对复合纱弹性回复率和条干CV值有一定影响;其中以氨纶丝牵伸倍数对复合纱性能的影响比较大。综合考虑转杯纺棉氨复合纱各项性能,工艺配置以纺杯速度49 300 r/m in、氨纶丝牵伸倍数4.5倍、纱线设计捻系数500为宜。
