With the monsoon-tropical climate, Hainan Island is rich in natural resources, but poor in agricultural production. This is due chiefly to the imbalance of the ecosystem .To maintain a balance of the eco-system, woods and forests should play an important role. For centries, however, the natural tropical forests in Hainan have often been ravaged for lack of care and the situation of chmate made all the more serious by spring drought, heavy rains and typhoons.Consequently ,defects in the ecosystems developed...

海南岛属季风热带气候,自然资源丰富,但农业生产受限制,其原因与自然生态遭受破坏有关.自古以来海南岛自然生态取得平衡,主要依靠各类天然林.可是,自若干世纪以来直至今天,海南岛热带森林屡遭破坏,自然生态系统形成一个“缺口”.加之气候春旱严重,夏秋暴雨强烈,台风频繁,“缺口”更易于扩大,并比其他气候地区为甚.要发挥海南岛热带自然资源的优势,发展生产,首先必须保水护林,造林,维护生态平衡,重建新的生态平衡.

The temperature of wheat leaves on growing plants in experiment blocksin and out of a shelterbelt system were measured by the extra-red thermom-eter.Datas showed the following results:1) Shelterbelt appearred a "cooling"effect on the leaves of the plants in the system under dry season or in droughtareas.2) A change of the air current strength was made to induce acorresponding variation of eco-enviromental factors which caused a differencebetween leaf temperature of wheats in and out of a shelterbelt.3)...

The temperature of wheat leaves on growing plants in experiment blocksin and out of a shelterbelt system were measured by the extra-red thermom-eter.Datas showed the following results:1) Shelterbelt appearred a "cooling"effect on the leaves of the plants in the system under dry season or in droughtareas.2) A change of the air current strength was made to induce acorresponding variation of eco-enviromental factors which caused a differencebetween leaf temperature of wheats in and out of a shelterbelt.3) After thestrength of a hot,dry air current attended over a definite level,the differencevalue in front or back of a shelterbelt had a decreasing tendency.4) Themean temperature on leaves of the wheats after the shelterbelt are 1.3℃which was lower than those in the open field,during jointing stage tomaturity.Their accumulated temperature was less than 49.5℃ which equalledto about two days in total.And the date of maturity of those wheats afterthe shelterbelt was delayed about 2—3 days.

在用红外测温仪对林带前、后的小麦叶温进行对此观测后,得到如下结论:1.在干旱地区或干旱季节,林带具有一种“致冷”作用,它使林带保护下的农田小麦叶温偏低;2.林带迫使气流结构改变,而引起一系列生态环境因子的变化,是形成林带前、后叶温不同的主要原因;3.林带前、后叶温之间的差值,在干热风强度超过一定限度后,有随干热风强度的继续增强而减小的趋势;4.从小麦拔节到完熟,林后日间平均叶温比林前低1.3℃,总积温少49.5℃,大约相当2天左右积累温度的总和,林后小麦成熟期比林前推迟2—3天。

Based on definite typical investigations, the economic values of protective benefit and direct benefit as effected by farmland shelterbelts,water and soil conservation shelterbelts,windbreaks and sandbreaks,as well as pastureland shelterbelt,which were planted from 1949 to 1981 in regions of North, Northwest and Northeast China, have been estimated. The sum of values amounts to 2500 million yuan (Ren minbi) per year.It is equal to 67 percent of the funds invested in planting these shelterbelts in the past 31...

Based on definite typical investigations, the economic values of protective benefit and direct benefit as effected by farmland shelterbelts,water and soil conservation shelterbelts,windbreaks and sandbreaks,as well as pastureland shelterbelt,which were planted from 1949 to 1981 in regions of North, Northwest and Northeast China, have been estimated. The sum of values amounts to 2500 million yuan (Ren minbi) per year.It is equal to 67 percent of the funds invested in planting these shelterbelts in the past 31 years.This fact indicates that construction of large-scale shelterbelt systems will produce significant benefit,by improving eco-envi ronment.increase of yields of farm crops and products of animal husbandry, with a result of raising the people's, living standard. These investigations also prove that such financial investments are correct and worthwhile,what should be done further is to speed up and enlarge planting such shelterbelts and improve their effectiveness.

在典型调查的基础上,推算出从四九年至八一年“三北”地区建设范围营造的农田防护林、水土保持林、防风固沙林、牧场防护林防护效益和直接效益的年价值为二十五亿元,年效益的价值为投资的百分之六十七。证明建设“三北”大型防护林体系具有良好的经济效果,它可以改善生态环境,增加农牧业产量,提高人民生活水平,投资方向是正确的。今后,应加快建设速度,提高建设质量。
