This paper reported the changes of lactate, glucose, LPO and TXB_2, 6-keto-PGF_1 after administration of glucose, insulin and anisodamine on the ischemic brain tissue following recirculation with modified Pulsinelli's rat model. The results' showed that after administration of glucose, the lac-tate, LPO and TXB_2 were increased, and 6-keto-PGF_(13) was decreased mark-dly. While after administration of insulin, the lactate, LPO were decreased and 6-keto-PGF_(1a), was increased significantly, and after administration of anisodamine, the LPO, TXB_2 were decreased markdly. Electron microscopi-tally the ischemic brain tissue showed serious damage only in the group of glucose. but slight damage in other groups. These data probably indicated that the glucose can aggravate the ischemic brain damage, but the insulin and anisodamine have protective effects for the isehemic brain tissue. The mech-nism on the effects of these drugs were also discussed.

Luring occlusion, increased water content and decreased activities of Na+, K+-ATPase and SOD were observed. After reperfusion, the activities of Na+, K+ -ATPase and SOD continued decreasing, but LPO elevated apparently. These results support a hypothesis that the free radicals may contribute to the damage of ischemic brain tissue. Pretreatment of gerbils with allopurinol offered protection to cerebral Na+, K+ -ATPase and SOD subsequent to secondary ischemia.

Objective: To compare the effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction (BYHWD) and its active regions combination on brain heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) expression. Methods: Cerebral ischemia model gerbils produced by ligating bilateral common carotid artery were injected intraperitoneally by BYHWD and its active regions combination separately. HSP70 mRNA expression was determined by Northern blot test and protein expression determined by Western blot test 48 hrs after ischemia for 15 min and reperfusion. Results: The level of HSP70 mRNA and protein expression in ischemic/reperfusion brain tissue increased significantly. BYHWD and its active regions combination could decrease the HSP70 mRNA expression obviously, the inhibition effect of BYHWD was more significant than that of its active regions combination, but neither of them showed any effect on HSP70 protein expression. Conclusion: BYHWD and its active regions combination might down regulate HSP70 mRNA expression in ischemic brain tissue through its anti ischemic effect.

目的 :比较补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方对脑缺血后热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )表达的影响。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭脑缺血模型 ,分别腹腔注射补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方 ,于缺血15min再灌注 4 8h后 ,以Northernblot检测脑组织HSP70mRNA的表达 ,以Westernblot检测其蛋白表达。结果 :沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注后 ,脑组织HSP70mRNA和蛋白表达显著增加 ,补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方可使脑缺血再灌注后HSP70mRNA表达减少 ,补阳还五汤的抑制作用强于有效部位组方 ;但两者对脑缺血再灌注后HSP70蛋白表达的增加均无明显影响。结论 :补阳还五汤及其有效部位组方可能通过抗缺血作用而抑制了缺血后HSP70mRNA的表达。
