The main mechanism of boiling heat transfer is critically examined. Based on the theory of thermodynamics and statistical physics, theoretical dimensionless relation is obtained. By means of the experimental data of other investigators, the formula for the pool nucleate boiling heat transfer of water is given at pressures from 1 atm to 10 atm.

Through temperature measurement it is found that max. thermal load is in the bridge zone between valve seats of the cylinder head. On this basis, the traditional viewpoint of analysing the heat transfer of water cooling surfaces by singlephase convection method may be discarded, while the mechanism of boiling heat transfer for analysing the cooling effect of the cylinder head in a diesel engine is recommended emphatically in this paper. The cause of thermal crack of the "bridge" is found to be scale formation...

本文通过测量气缸盖温度,找出气缸盖与气门间的“鼻梁”区域的最大热负荷处。在此基础上,进行了传热分析。改变了以往仅用单相对流换热来分析水冷面换热的观点,着重用沸腾换热的机理分析柴油机气缸盖冷却。找出了“鼻梁”处热裂的原因之一是由于水垢及水流不畅,并从实际发动机中得到证实。

Experiments of pool boiling heat transfer of machined porous surface tubes made by our laboratory have been done with water as boiling liquid. Experimental apparatus can show the high effeciency of heat transfer of porous tubes visually. Within the ranges of tube-parameter and heat flux tested, the optimal tube can reduce the boiling temperature difference to nearly one-seventh that of a smooth tube.

对自制~+的机械加工表面多孔管以蒸汽-水为介质进行了敞口池沸腾传热试验,试验装置可以直观地显示表面多孔管传热之高效性,在试验的管型和热负荷范围内,最佳者能把沸腾温差缩小到只为光滑管的1/7左右。
