This paper clarifies the geology, the landforms, climate conditions of Xinjiang's soil salinizing and the status of salinized soil, expounds the existence of the problem of soil salinizing, and proposes that the oasis stability is affected by transitional zone outside and the soil salinization inside. This paper clarifies the geology, the landforms, climate conditions of Xinjiang's soil salinizing and the status of salinized soil, expounds the existence of the problem of soil salinizing, and proposes that the oasis stability is affected by transitional zone outside and the soil salinization inside. In existing cultivated land, the area of 31.1% gets salt soda harm, in which strongly saline land take the 18% of saline alkali land, medium saline land take 33%, light saline land take 49%. 80% of salinity land belonged to the secondary saline land. Furthermore, the paper simplifies the development process of the salinized soil research and improvement in Xinjiang and the overseas, analyzes the salinizing question of research, improvement and usage. The main problems are: 1) saline soil gained from leaching and its secondary salinization under irrigation; 2) sodic harm; 3) impervious layer; 4) salinization of irrigating water; 5) enough of water resource accompany ample irrigation in the upper course, and shortage of water accompany irrigation with saline water in the lower course; 6) the application of new agricultural technology alleviates the harm of soil salt temporarily, but increase the regional centralized latent crisis that would happen suddenly; 7) lack of the research of salt resistance plant, etc. And finally proposes the suggestions of the following research: (1) finding the system of region water salt monitoring; (2) forming the information system and predicting of the secondary salinizing technically; (3) breeding of resistance gene project and the exploiting and studying of the salt resistant plant; (4) studying of the region water salt balance and the rule of water salt movement; (5) controlling of the region water salt technically.

论述了新疆土壤盐渍化形成的地质、地貌、气候背景和土壤盐渍化现状 ,表明新疆的土壤盐渍化问题始终存在 ,绿洲的稳定性外受过渡带影响 ,内受土壤盐渍化的威胁。简述了新疆与国外盐碱土研究和改良的发展过程 ,分析了新疆在研究、改良和利用盐渍化土壤中存在的问题 ,并结合科学技术的发展 ,提出了新疆土壤盐渍化问题研究建议 :1)建立区域水盐监测体系 ;2 )区域水盐信息系统与次生盐渍化的测报技术研究 ;3)抗盐碱基因工程抗性育种与耐盐碱植物的抗性研究与开发利用 ;4)区域水盐平衡及水盐运动规律研究 ;5 )区域水盐调控技术研究。

Developmental situation on ecological economic system of oasis agriculture in Xiniang in the past 40 years was studied. The results showed that yield in agricultural production was greatly raised, oasis protection forest was gradually perfected, the construction of hydraulic engineering was reinforced to a certain degree, the control of salinization was slight made progress, and deficiency of life energy resources was obviously improved. As a whole, uncoordinated situation of ecological economic system of oasis agriculture still considerably existed. The main problems are that crop structure is irrational, water resources deficiency poses a threat to oasis stability in the lower reaches of Tarim River, organic manure is ignored, and river water salinity is aggravated. In order to carry out agricultural sustainable development these problems must be resolved step by step.

从新疆近 40多年绿洲农业生态经济系统发展状况看 ,农业生产水平提高较为显著 ,生态建设有所改进。它主要表现在 :单产水平提高了几倍 ,农田防护林网逐步完善 ,水利工程建设得到加强 ,盐渍化治理也有所进展 ,生活能源的短缺得到改善。但总体上绿洲农业生态经济系统的不协调仍是明显的。主要问题有 :作物结构单一 ,下游区域缺水使绿洲稳定受到威胁 ,农田施肥重化肥轻有机肥 ,河水水质盐化加重。对这些问题必须引起重视 ,只有逐步解决不协调 ,才能实现区域农业的可持续发展。

The build of oasis ecological environment has special important stratagem signification for the sustainable economy development in northwest China region. This paper reviews a series of the research results about the oasis microclimate. Based on the forming mechanism of oasis microclimate and the stability of oasis, we bring forward building of countermeasure the ecological environment in northwest arid area of our country and enhancing the oasis stability and antijamming ability. The paper indicate that protecting and building oasis ecological environment should use fully the microclimate characteristics of oasis cold island effect to develop inimitable climate ecology style with the limited water resource and the abundant solar heat resource. The oasis environment build should adopt distinct countermeasure for ecological environment with distinct oasis stability. The ecology build of wellrun oasis should develop the ecological agriculture with more drought resistant and temperatureenjoying crops to enhance the efficiency and make the full of use of water resource. The low efficiency oasis should adjust the oasis structure as much as possible, and link the patch oases as unit unity and try hard to minish the clothesline effect. The countermeasure of ecological environment build for the degenerate oasis should rehabilitate the ecosystem under the condition of enough supplying the water resource, and should restrict the exploitation of groundwater, the development of the agriculture and the animal husbandry to restrain more degeneration of the ecosystem.

绿洲生态环境建设对我国西北干旱地区的经济可持续发展有着特殊的战略意义。本文总结了绿洲小气候的一系列研究结果。根据绿洲小气候的形成机制和绿洲稳定性状态,提出了我国西北干旱区生态环境建设对策及提高绿洲的稳定性和抗干扰能力的建议。指出绿洲生态环境保护和建设对策应充分利用绿洲冷岛效应小气候特点,把有限的水资源与丰富的光热资源结合起来,发展独特的气候生态类型。对于不同稳定状态绿洲生态环境建设应采取不同对策。并指出良性绿洲生态环境建设应发展耐旱喜阳生态农业,提高水资源利用效率;低效绿洲生态环境建设应尽量调整绿洲格局,将破碎绿洲连通成片,力图减小晒衣绳效应;"退化绿洲"生态环境建设的对策是在足够水资源供给的条件下修复生态系统,限制地下水开采和农牧业的发展,抑制生态系统的进一步恶化。
