Investigation of the Thermal Diffusivity of Human Tooth Hard Tissue
      


The mice of the inbred strains C57BL/b and Balb/c which differ from the major histocompatibility complex (MHC)were used in this study. The results indicate that 60 Co-irradicated tooth allografts are of week immunogenicity and good histocompatibility.

采用C(57)BL/b和Balb/C两种主要组织相容性复合体(MHC)完全不相同的近交系小鼠作为动物模型,对新鲜异体牙硬组织和(60)Co照射处理异体牙的免疫原性进行研究。通过检测宿主的抗体-补体介导的细胞杀伤(ACMC)、细胞介导的细胞杀伤(CMC)反应,发现异体牙移植后,新鲜异体牙(硬组织)引起的ACMC和CMC反应,与经(60)Co照射处理异体牙的ACMC和CMC有显著性差异(P<0.05)结果说明,经(60)Co照射处理异体牙的免疫原性较低,具有较好的组织相容性。

Conclusion There was a significant difference in different species on the resistance of teeth hard tissues to acid, thus attention and consideration should be paid to when the subjects and samples are selected in the experiments. The higher demineralization of dentin in this study contributes to the phenomenon that the development of dentin caries is faster than that of enamel caries in the clinical examination.

目的 检测酸对人牙釉质、牛牙釉质与牛牙本质的脱矿力 ,评价其脱矿机制。方法 实验分为人牙釉质与牛牙釉质对比组 (每组 10粒牙齿 ) ,牛牙釉质与牛牙本质对比组 (每组 10颗牙齿 ) ,分别进行酸蚀处理 ,采用自制的中性载体钙离子选择性微电极 (Ca2 + ISME)测试酸蚀模型中的Ca2 +浓度 ,进行对比分析。结果 酸对牛牙釉质的脱矿力显著大于对人牙釉质的脱矿力 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;酸对牛牙本质的脱矿力显著大于对牛牙釉质的脱矿力 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 酸对不同种类的牙齿硬组织的脱矿力具有明显差异 ,故在不同实验对象和样本的选择上应予考虑和重视
