The principle and method of restoring the hardenability andtoughness of the boron steel have been pointed out for the steel of higher boroncontent, which loses hardenability due to its hotworking history...

The propercriterion for the effect of boron on hardenability is hardenability factor F_B.The emperic for mula of alloying elements on the influence of boronhardenability has been discussed. The quality of the boron steel produced in China has so farbeen greatly improved and much progress in the study of its heat treatmentprinciple has been made, thus the good condition has been created for theextensive application of boron steel.

In this paper a new method of reference-junction compensation of the strain power circuit for Wheatstone Bridge with sensitive resistor is described.The characteristic of the thermoelectromotive force is non_linear.It presents some positive deviation from the linearity.If the circuit parametersare designed with propriety,the output value of the strain power circuitcan increase with such slope while temperature increasing that produces apositive deviation from linear relation and coincides with the characteristic ofthe thermocouples.Therefore,an entire reference_junction compensation maybe realized.The best condition of compensation is given in the paper.But thecharacteristic of the thermocouples is still non_linear.An amplifier with again attenuating sectionally may be used to linearize it.The accuracy ofmeasuring and controlling temperature can be increased greatly by using bothmethods described above.In the end,a design example and it's experimentalresults are given.

本文阐述热敏电阻电桥的应变电源电路[1]作为一种新型的补偿电路用于热电偶的参考端补偿,理沦上能够实现全补偿,文中导出全补偿条件。在此基础上采用分段线性变增益放大器对热电特性进行线性化处理。从而较大地提高以热电偶作为感温元件并要求线性输出的测、控温仪表的精确度。最后给出设计举例和实验结果。
