用正交优化实验对磺化醛酮缩聚物的合成工艺进行了最佳配比的优化选择实验,确定出了最佳合成条件,研制出了磺化醛酮缩聚物作为油井水泥分散剂SDJZ-1,并对其进行了系统评价。评价结果表明,磺化醛酮缩聚物对水泥浆的流变性能具有较强的调控能力,分散效果显著,磺化醛酮缩聚物固相加量为0.4%-0.8%时,水泥浆的初始稠度低,流性指数可由原浆的0.3升高到0.8,甚至达到1.0;具有良好的抗温性、抗盐性,与降失水剂、缓凝剂等有良好的相容性。现场应用表明,水泥浆流动性能良好,流性指数根据需要可以调节;稠化性能稳定,高温下没有闪凝现象;体系沉降稳定性能良好;同时水泥浆抗压强度发展迅速,高温条件下水泥石性能稳定,符合深井固井的要求。

To meet the special requirements of cement retarder for deep cementing,a high temperature and salt tolerant cement retarder was developed.In this paper,the preparation of SDH-2 was introduced,and evaluation results of retardation,thermal stability,salt tolerance,compatibility with other additives and compressive strength of cement stone were also presented.Experimental data showed that SDH-2 exhibits good retarding ability to oil well cement slurries at 40 to 204 ℃,and the thickening time is adjustable and the thickening curve is in good shape;It works well with the presence of other salts;it is compatible with dispersants,filtrate loss controllers and the set slurry has high compressive strength.SDH-2 has been applied in 6 wells.Field using verified that it could help solve problems onsite such as unstable cement slurry properties and uncontrollable thickening time in deep wells.The slurry with SDH-2 in has good rheological property,satisfying rheological requirements of cement slurry for different down hole conditions.At the same time compressive strength develops rapidly,and the stone is stable at high temperature.

为满足深井固井对水泥缓凝剂的特殊要求,研制出了一种高温耐盐缓凝剂SDH-2。该缓凝剂由碱、醛、亚磷酸制备,具有工艺简单、成本低的特点。介绍了SDH-2的制备条件,考察了反应物配比和催化剂加量对产品性能的影响,并在室内评价了SDH-2的缓凝性能、耐温抗盐性能、配伍性能以及对水泥石抗压强度的影响。结果表明:SDH-2在40~170℃的范围内具有优良的缓凝效果,缓凝时间可调性好,稠化曲线理想,抗盐性良好,与降失水剂、减阻剂有良好的相容性,对油井水泥选择性小,水泥石抗压强度高。SDH-2在现场应用了6口井,结果表明:该缓凝剂解决了深井固井中水泥浆稠化性能不稳定,稠化时间难以控制的问题,水泥浆具有良好的流动性能,满足不同井眼条件下固井对水泥浆流动性能的要求;同时水泥浆抗压强度发展迅速,高温条件下水泥石性能稳定,符合深井固井的要求。

The oilfield has suffered huge economic losses due to the creep of the salt rock deeply buried underground under the effect of certain earth stress and temperature, which causes the casing load to change with time and results in the casing deformation and shear. So a 3-D finite element analysis (FEA) mechanical model concerning salt rocks and cement mantles as well as casing couples is established in this paper to research the conditions and dimension of the earth stress and the effect of the abutment pressure of fluid in a borehole on the forces exerting on casing in salt rocks. The research shows that the casing load caused by the creep the salt rocks are inhomogeneous, which is the highest in the direction of the minimum earth stress. Therefore, it is greatly limited to calculate the casing external collapse load based on using overlying formation pressure. So in this paper, the new 3-D FEA model is applied to calculate the strength of the three kinds of intermediate casing in deep wells, ultra deep cementing wells and salt rocks. The calculating result is in agreement with the intermediate casing collapse of the oilfield, which proves that the newly established model is reasonable and will lay a solid theoretical basis for the strength design of casing in salt rocks of deep wells.

深埋于地下的岩盐在一定地应力和温度作用下发生蠕变,对井中的套管产生随时间而变化的外载,致使套管变形甚至挤毁,为此,针对塔里木油田羊塔地区岩盐层的温度、应力状态及其蠕变特性,建立了岩盐层、水泥环和套管耦合的三维有限元力学模型,研究了地应力状态及其大小、井内液体支撑压力对岩盐层套管受力的影响规律。研究表明,非均匀地应力作用下,盐岩蠕变产生的套管外载是非均匀的,在最小地应力方向的套管外载最大,此时若按上覆地层压力计算套管外挤载荷局限性较大。应用新模型对深井、超深井封固岩盐层的Φ250.83mm套管、Φ177.8mm套管和Φ206.38mm3种技术套管的强度进行了分析,计算结果与该油田技术套管挤毁的情况吻合,可见新建模型是合理的,可为深井岩盐层套管强度设计提供理论依据。
