F.induced by cracks filled with air or soft materials.The equivalent heat conductive coefficient can be determined experimentally by using two parallel concrete (or rock) plates with various thickness of material placed qetween them. The comparison of analytic and experimental results shows a good agreement with each other. Calculation results for an engineering project show that S. I.F caused by the steady temperature field disturbed by crack filled with conductive materials is small in comparison with foe S. I. F induced by thermo--isolated surfaces of crack.

In order to improve measuring accuracy of heat conductive coefficient and measuring automation, the control scheme and algorithm for the measuring device of heat conductive coefficient are presented, and the corresponding control software is designed. Thus, the following functions are achieved: The automatic multi way circling measurments and control of temperature, the auto judgment of whether heat conductive reaches steady or not, automatic process of experimental data, and the automatic build of data files. The temperature ot main measuring segment doesn't always change in the same direction in 1.5 h and changes within a rang of ±1 ℃. In the meanwhile, the difference in temperature between left and right seperating gap is less than the 0.5% of that between the average temperature of inner surface and outer surface of measured material.

The effect of parameters on radial heat conductive coefficient is analyzed by researching into radial heat conductivity of rubber particles in fixed bed. The fluidized bed should be applied to enhance the process of heat transfer between gas and solids in order to minimize the effect of lower heat conductivity of rubber. It is indicated that vibration strengthen more than gas velocity affects heat transfer in vibrated fluidized bed (VFB) from the analysis of the correlations. In the case of reaching the same heat transfer results, the VFB can decrease gas velocity more than common fluidized bed can do, and energy conservation may be realized by using VFB technology.
