Main factors influencing microgel's structure were discussed by HPTLC densitometry, TEM, GPC and viscosity method etc. . Experimental results showed that when bisvinyl-A is 1-4%(wt. ) of monomer I , first-stage polymerizing time is 2h, the core-shell microparticles will be obtained which having apparent viscosity value 140-165ml/g and containing 8 - 16% linear PS. The shell was mainly composed of branching chain linking to core.

本文用复合乳液聚合方法合成了粒径70—160nm的窄分散、微交联聚苯乙烯微粒,透射电子显微镜观测表明该微粒具有核-壳结构。用薄层色谱、透射电镜结合凝胶色谱、粘度等方法对该微粒进行了结构表征并探讨了影响微粒结构的主要因素。实验结果表明:双烯A用量为苯乙烯单体Ⅰ重量的1—4%,第一阶段聚合两小时后,滴加苯乙烯单体Ⅱ进行壳层聚合,合成的微粒含8.0—15.0%的线性聚苯乙烯,壳层主要由与核连接的聚苯乙烯链构成。
