This paper studies an effect of small Venturi throat diameter on the measurement of gas nuclei spectra in water by hydrodynamic method. Different methods measuring the diameter of small Venturi throat are compared, thus a non—contact measuring method determing the diameter with an accuracy about 10~(-4)cm, the optical focused method, is presented.we have obtained satisfactory results from the measurement of gas nuclei spectra in water.

A grating-differential interferometer for measuring magnetic-disc surface is discussed in this paper.It is a non-contact measuring method.The magnetic-disc surface finished can be regarded as optical surface beca-use its vertical reflectivity is about 4percent.Based on the characteristicof the grating diffraction,the zero order laser beam and the first one of thegrating diffraction are used as measuring beams.The zero order laser beamand the first one arrive at the different two points with given definite inter-val on the disc surface.The beams reflected through the grating again inter-fere.The interference fringe presents information of the difference of the hei-ght of the two points.The interference fringe changes with the difference ofthe height of the two points while the disc is turning under test.So basedon the changes of the interference fringe,the relative height for each pointon the disc can be got by calculating.Each circumferential profile can be gotby processing the measuring data.The radius profile is measured absolutelyby the Michelson interferometer.The disc planeness can be got by associatingthe relative circumferential profile and absolute radius profile.PINs are used as detectors.Using the two PINs which phrase differenceare 90 degree as the detectors,the height and its changing direction can begot simultaneously.The computer controls a counter to count the changingnumbers of the interference fringe successively and acquires data at eachmeasuring point.The measuring process and data processing are accomplishedautomatically by computer system.Its distinguished feature is to reduce vibration and the magnetic-disc swayaffect during test.The measurement result is a description of actual profile.

本文提出了一种用光栅分光干涉法测量磁盘平面度的非接触式测量方法。它是利用迈克尔逊干涉对磁盘的径向轮廓进行绝对测量;利用光栅衍射的零级和一级光的互干涉对磁盘的周向轮廓进行相对测量。通过数据处理将两者联系起来得到平面度值。该测量原理的优点是:减少外界条件变化的影响和磁盘转动过程中轴本身的摆动及跳动的影响,反映真实的平面度值,使测量达到高精度,本文叙述了对该方法进行的理论分析及实验研究。

A new type of optical fiber sensor has been designed.It can beused for the non-contact measurements of surface roughness and micro-displa-cement.This paper will deal with the former.Based on the principle of lightscattering from rough surface,the sensor can realize the non-contact measure-ment of surface roughness,quickly and simply,with the method of the ratioof reflacted light intensities when Ra is less than or equal to 0.8 μm.
