本实验运用光镜、电镜、酶组化、钙组化和心肌及血清MDA水平测定观察2个月内心肌冠状动脉结扎后心肌梗塞的动态病理变化。主要发现为早期的心肌纤维坏死和晚期的修复。电镜改变出现早,几乎累及所有细胞器;晚期的修复主要为不完全再生,并见少量心肌细胞再生及成纤维细胞间的“连接”结构。梗塞后各种酶活性迅速被抑制,提示能量代谢的耗竭。心肌MDA于结扎后24h内升高,提示心肌缺血确可使自由基引发的LPO反应增强,此可能是心肌缺血后不可逆性膜损伤的机制之一。

This study observed the proctective effects of Dracocephalum moldavica L. (DML) on the experimental acute ischemic myocardial damage induced by isoprenaline. 180 experimental mice were randomly divided into eight groups (normal n=28; ischemic n=24; RSM n=26; DML 1 5 n=102). The following parameters were selected: ①the activities of Ca 2+ ATP ase in sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR); ②the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and se glutathine peroxidase (Se GSHPx) and contents of MDA in serum and myocardial tissues; ③the activities of creatine phosphokinase (CPK); ④ the myocardial ultrastructural changes. The results showed that in comparison with the ischemic group, in groups MID 1 ̄4 the activities of Ca 2+ ATPase, SOD and Se GSHPx increased significantly; the contents of MDA in serum and myocardial tissuse decreased and the activities of CPK decreased and markedly improved the myocardial ultrastructural damage. The results could suggest that DML can preserve protective effects on the ischemic myocardium by increaseing activities of SOD, Se GSHPx and protecting Ca 2+ ATPase activities of sarcoplasmic reticulum and decreasing calcium overload.

采用异丙基肾上腺素(ISP)诱发小白鼠急性心肌缺血损伤模型,以心肌肌浆网Ca2+-ATP酶、SOD、Se-GSHPx、MDA、CPK及心肌超微结构为指标,观察香青兰对急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。结果显示,香青兰组较缺血组心肌肌浆网Ca2+-ATP酶、SOD、Se-GSHPx酶活力明显增高,血清及心肌组织MDA含量下降,血清CPK酶活力降低,心肌超微结构改变减轻。初步表明香青兰可通过提高心肌组织中自由基清除酶活力,保护肌浆网Ca2+-ATP酶活力减轻钙超载,而发挥对缺血心肌的保护作用。
