In order to improve the property of the present solar collector and to make use of it on a large scale, a new kind of higher efficient whole glass and vacuum turtle shell shape solar collector was studied and manufactured on the basis of design calculation which is provided according to the mathematical method of getting extreme value. The collector was tested by the standard of DB41/016-1998. The test results indicated that the collector has many good characteristics such as high heat efficiency, reliable...
