DNA microarrays bring biology a new approach to study functions of genes and genomes from their expression pattern on a genomic scale. With its fully sequenced genome and newly published expression patterns available, budding yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ) was chosen to carry out an investigation of the relationship between gene 5′ upstream cis acting elements and expression patterns using bioinformatic tools. With its fully sequenced genome and newly published expression patterns available, budding yeast ( Saccharomyces cerevisiae ) was chosen to carry out an investigation of the relationship between gene 5′ upstream cis acting elements and expression patterns using bioinformatic tools. Results show that genes in the same cluster share common cis acting element candidates and can be regulated by same transfactors. In the sites found by this study, some sites are corresponding to known cis acting elements, while others may indicate new ones that can be tested by experiments. The results are helpful to understand more about gene functions, metabolic pathways and genetic networks.

NA微阵列技术的快速发展开辟了从表达图谱研究基因组功能的新途径。酵母全基因组的测定和基因组表达图谱数据的发表使其成为研究真核基因转录调控机制的首选目标。运用生物信息学的工具研究了酵母基因组中基因上游顺式调控元件与基因组表达图谱的关系。结果表明, 表达紧密关联的同一簇基因都具有若干特异的顺式作用元件, 其表达受到相应反式调控因子的控制。找到的位点中, 一部分与已知顺式作用元件相对应;另一部分可能是新的顺式元件, 可以运用实验手段加以鉴别。这些结果有助于深入理解基因的功能及进一步研究代谢途径与调控网络。

针对用多元回归分析估计基因调控网络时遇到的计算量过大的问题,提出了先用线性模型构建基因类间的调控网络,再用多元回归模型构建基因间调控网络的改进方案,利用类间网络提供的参考信息可以大大减少多元回归分析的计算量.将该方案应用到人类基因调控网络的估计中,并通过现有文献验证了部分调控关系,从而初步证明了该方法的有效性.

A method based on parallel genetic network with which the problem had been solved, was presented. The configuration of parallel neural Network, the modeling principle of genetic, the configuration of parallel genetic neural network and the law were all expounded. Then, the technique of utilizing the method was discussed, a diagnosis system to the circumvolving machine developed and the traditional way of BP network for the fault diagnosis compared. The result of emluator expatiated that this method can avoid getting into local minimum during educating the network, quicken the velocity and reduce the time of diagnosis.

在机械故障诊断中,对并发的故障进行诊断是一个备受关注的问题。为此,提出了用并行遗传神经网络诊断并发的故障的新方法。介绍了并行神经网络的结构、遗传算法的建模原理及并行遗传神经网络的结构和诊断机理。以某大型旋转机械为诊断对象讨论了该方法的实现技术,并与传统的BP(back-propagation)网络用于故障诊断的方法进行了比较。实验仿真结果表明,该方法在训练网络过程中能够避免网络陷入局部极小,加快网络训练的速度,减少诊断时间。
