 To represent the hierarchical relationship between the optimization criterion and the parameters to be determined, a multifactor hierarchical chromatographic optimization response function (HCRF) and intelligent search method have been established. Width-first and depth-first search strategy and the local algorithms are incorporated into the intelligent search method.
