The thermal insulation property and its influence factor of a new solid extinguish produced by ourselves has been studied in this paper.It is found that under the experiment temperature 600℃ and 900℃,the temperature of the back face of this kind of solid extinguish can be maintained lower than 300℃ for some time,the thicker of the sample,the longer of the low temperature time.And the crystal water in the sample makes the themal insulation property better.

通过对自行研制的固体隔热灭火剂隔热性能的测定 ,研究了隔热灭火剂的隔热性能及其影响因素 ,发现固体灭火剂中结晶水的蒸发使它的隔热性能更好 ,一定厚度固体灭火剂的隔热性能能满足隔热灭火的需要

In this paper three ways have been made to improve hygroscopicty of strontium nitrate, such as coating by nitrated cellulose and fluororubber, and controlling the crystal water content in strontium nitrate. The results showed that hygroscopic water content of strontium nitrate could be decreased by coating with nitrated cellulose and fluororubber, and the ignition ratio of primer could be increased. While controlling the crystal water content, the ignition ratio would be cut down.

本文采用硝化棉、氟橡胶分别对硝酸锶进行包覆,以及控制硝酸锶中结晶水含量的3种方法,解决硝酸锶的吸湿性问题。结果发现用硝化棉和氟橡胶包覆,可降低硝酸锶的吸湿率,提高底火发火率;但控制硝酸锶中结晶水含量,使底火发火率降低。
