Objective To establish a digital three-dimensional facial soft tissue morphometry and rec onstruction system for orthodontic diagnosis and analysis of the facial soft tis sue. Methods Three-dimentional characteristics of facial soft tissue were captured by 4 digital cameras of high resolution. The d eveloped hardware and software systerm and stereophotogrammetry were used for th re e-dimentional facial soft tissue reconstruction and morphometry at the same tim e. Results The three-dimensional facial soft tiss ue were successfully reconstructed with high reality and the three dimensional f acial image can be rotated, moved and zoomed on t he purpose. The system has the following advantages: (1) rapid capture of the faci al image within 1 second or so, (2) accurate identification of facial landmark w ithin 0.5 mm of resolution, (3) easy manipulation, (4) no exposure to radiation. Conclusions The established system has proved to be effective f or three-dimensional facial soft tissue diagnosis and analy sis with the advantages of high resolution, high speed and, no exposure to radia tion.

目的 研究和开发可应用于正畸临床诊断的数字化三维重建和测量系统 ,进行颌面部软组织结构的三维测量研究。方法 应用 4个高精度的数码相机获取颌面部软组织的三维信息 ,自行研制和开发出应用于面部重建和测量的数字化立体摄影测量硬件系统 ,在专业计算机立体显示卡上开发面部软组织三维重建和测量软件系统 ,同时完成面部软组织三维测量分析和旋转观察。结果应用研制的面部软组织三维重建和测量硬件及软件系统 ,可以重建出具有真实感的三维图像并在计算机中任意旋转、移动、缩放 ;面部软组织三维立体测量精度 ,左侧数码相机对为 0 483mm ,右侧数码相机对为 0 419mm。结论 本项研究所建立的面部软组织三维重建和测量系统 ,具有精度高、速度快、非介入性等特点 ,为口腔正畸学面部软组织三维结构的诊断、分析提供了一条新途径。

An approach is proposed for multiple-view 3D capturing by a single-view 3D camera using a simple revolve device. In this article we discuss the structure of a multiple-view 3D camera based on our method, the configure calibration for the revolve device and the alignment of the object surface 3D data captured from different views directly through space coordinate transformation. We have also demonstrated the space coordinate transformation function with regards to the revolve angle. The alignment error caused by the revolve device is analyzed, and an example is given and discussed. The multiple-view 3D camera based on our method will have many advantages: simple system, no additional operation and special requirement when capturing, computable alignment precision, automatic and rapid capturing and alignment processing.

提出一种用简单旋转装置实现单视角三维相机对物体进行多视角表面数据采集的方法 .论述了基于这一方法的多视角三维相机的构造 ,旋转装置参数的标定 ,以及不同视角采集的物体表面三维数据直接通过相应的空间坐标变换关系对齐复位的方法 ;推导了关于旋转角度的空间坐标变换函数 ,分析了由旋转装置引入的多视角数据对齐复位的误差 ,最后给出了实例并进行了讨论 .本方法构成的多视角三维相机将具有系统简单 ,采集过程无需附加操作和特殊要求 ,可确定的对齐复位精度以及全自动化的快速采集复位过程等特点 .
