In this paper, the relationship between structural state andmechanical properties of PET fibres is deduced on the basis ofexperimental results of dynamic mechanical properties. For PET fibreswith different super-molecular structure, the temperature dependance oftheir dynamic mechanical properties is obviously different. Furthermore,it is recognized that, in the temperature scanning process, there aretwo effects: on one hand, the modulus of the fibres decreases with theraising of temperature, but on other hand, the modulus increases dueto crystallization of the fibres. The summation of these two effectscauses the fibres with different thermohistory displaying characteristiccurves. So it is possible to determine the stability of fibre structurefrom the testing results of dynamic mechanical properties. Based onthe change of sample size during testing process of dynamic viscoelasticproperties, it is possible to determine the distribution of thermaldeformation under constant tension in wide range of temperatures. Thisdistribution characterizes thermal shrinkage behavior of fibres in thetextile processing.

本文从各种纤维的动态力学性能的测试结果,归纳出纤维的结构状态和力学性质的关系。不同超分子结构的聚酯纤维,其动态力学性能的温度依赖性显著不同。另外,确认在测试时的温度扫描过程中,存在着二种作用:一方面因温度升高使模量下降;另方面由于样品的结晶作用,使模量升高。二种变化的加和,使各种热历史的纤维,呈现特有的曲线。所以,可从动态力学性能的测试结果,推断纤维结构的稳定性。从动态粘弹性测试过程中样品尺寸的变化,可测定宽广温度范围内,纤维在定张力下的热形变分布,它反映纤维在纺织加工时的热收缩行为。
