Using the technique of acoustic emission energy, the deformation and fracture in low strength and high plastic α-Ti has been studied. The logarithm of total acoustic emission energy is proportional to the logarithm of long range stress, and its turning point corresponds to the point of cracking. Therefore, it seems to be available to determine accurately the state of the cracking tip of these low strength and high plastic alloys by the method.

本文采用声发射能量技术研究低强度、高塑性材料α-Ti的形变、断裂特征。发现声发射总能量ΣE与长程应力场σ-σs间存在lgΣE-lg(σ-σs)的线性关系,曲线的拐点即为开裂点。因而有可能利用这种方法较精确地测定出低强度、高塑性材料的开裂点,为这类材料的断裂力学测试解决了一个难题。α-Ti的形变、断裂过程中存在两种声发射源:位错运动引起的滑移和裂纹的徽开裂和长大。

In the past five years,trials of strip masonry were made in five galleries insoft rock in three mines with remarkable results and good economic effect.To in-vestigate the principles,loading and failure process of strip masonry,models ofstrip and continuous masonry were made of equivalent materials for comparisons.The results indicated that under the identical conditions,namely the same cross-section,material,and under the same loading conditions,the continuous masonryexperienced greater deformation,obvious heaving,occurrence of cracks,mainlylongitudinal ones,in the masonry in early stages,low loading capacity and ease ofbecoming unstable or being damaged.However,the strip masonry having a destress-ing passage which allows deformation creepage and spalling so that the loading onthe masonry could be adjusted and less deformation might occur.Cracks,mainlycircular cracks,appeared in later stages.It is stabler and has a greater loading ca-pacity.In general,the strip masonry has a higher loading capacity than the con-tinuous masonry.And under dynamic load,the loading capacity of strip masonryincreases significantly.Based on current tests,the strip masonry is suitable for horizontal gallery orlow gradient drifts in soft rocks which have a high plastic rheology and containswelling clay mineral constituents.

通过五年来三个矿井五条软岩巷道使用条带(石旋)的工程试验,取得了明显的支护效果和经济效益。为探求其支护作用原理、(石旋)体受力状况和破坏过程等,又进行了条带(石旋)和整体连续(石旋)的相似材料模型对比试验。试验结果表明,在相同的围岩、相同的断面和(石旋)体材料,以及在相同的荷载条件下,整体连续(石旋)的变形较大,底鼓明显,(石旋)体较先地出现开裂,且以发生纵向的断裂形式为主,其承载能力较低,较易失稳破坏;而条带(石旋)则由于有卸压通道,允许围岩在卸压通道内产生变形蠕动和片帮剥落等卸压现象,调正、改变了(石旋)体上的受力状况,故(石旋)体的变形较小,出现开裂较迟,且以环向断裂为主,稳定性较好,承载能力较大。在一般的情况下条带(石旋)的承载能力都高于连续(石旋),而在动载的情况下条带(石旋)的承载能力更有明显的提高。根据目前试验的情况看,条带(石旋)适用于塑性流变大、有膨胀性粘土矿物成分的松软岩层平巷或坡度较小的斜巷。
