本文用单克隆抗体技术和酶联免疫吸附试验,对某铝厂连续氟暴露12年以上的工人(38例)进行了外周血T_3、T_4、T_8、B细胞数和特异性体液免疫应答能力的检测。结果表明,暴露组工人的T_3、T_4、T_8细胞数和特异性抗体的水平与非暴露组(34例)相比,均有不同程度的降低,但B细胞数两组之间无明显差异。提示氟暴露工人免疫功能的检测,对于帮助我们评价氟暴露作业环境的卫生状况,及时发现暴露工人的亚临床损伤,及其工业性氟病的早期诊断均有一定的意义。

目的 研究SD大鼠非动情期子宫内膜异位症建立方法和异位病灶的组织学形态及体液免疫反应。方法 采用外科诱导法对 40只非动情期和 40只动情期SD雌性大鼠行子宫组织自体移植手术。采集造模前后的血液进行体液免疫IgG、IgA、IgM、C3 、C4 的观察 ;手术后 7周取健侧子宫中段的在位内膜和移植的异位内膜行组织学研究。结果 SD大鼠非动情期进行子宫组织自体异位种植术成模率 95% ,与大鼠动情期进行子宫组织自体异位种植术成模率 94 8%比较 ,二者差异无显著性 ;异位内膜上皮细胞功能活跃 ,有类似正位子宫内膜的周期变化 ,其生理特征与正位子宫内膜基本相同。且造模后大鼠体液免疫反应敏感IgG、C3 增高 (P <0 0 1、3 P <0 0 5) ;IgM降低 (P <0 0 1)、IgA、C4 差异无显著性。结论 SD大鼠非动情期和动情期进行子宫组织自体异位种植术均可建立良好的子宫内膜异位症模型

There are many vector systems of bacteria serving as carriers for oral vaccines, including some attenuated Salmonella, Escherichia coli, particularly lactic acid bacteria, as a safe organism, which has been considered to be a perspective candidate carriers for oral vaccine because of its lower intrinsic immunogenicity.

口服免疫可诱导机体产生有效的免疫应答和免疫耐受。其通过胃肠粘膜进行抗原递呈 ,较经传统注射途径的免疫效果和依从性好 ,且简易便捷 ,是更为理想的免疫途径。口服疫苗有多种载体系统 ,某些经改造的细菌如沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、特别是乳酸菌属被认为是有前景的口服疫苗载体 ,因口服后可在肠道寄生繁殖 ,故可大大提高免疫的效率。本文围绕口服免疫主要的机制和口服疫苗的研究进展进行综述。
