论述了塑料管材长期性能评价的原理及其重要性,概述了不同材料的各种评价方法,并对我国塑料管材的质量控制提出了建议。

In order to understand the effects of vibration on the material dissipation inthe organism, we attempt to change the movement of the air embolism in bloodvessel with vibration on the body surface. So, some simulated test have beendone. It was proved that air embolism in piping may be eliminated by using me-chanical vibration at certain frequencies and amplitudes. A plastic piping whoseinternal diameter is 1mm was imbued with water or blood and stopped by someair bubbles ,then the liquid will be pushed...

So, some simulated test have beendone. It was proved that air embolism in piping may be eliminated by using me-chanical vibration at certain frequencies and amplitudes. A plastic piping whoseinternal diameter is 1mm was imbued with water or blood and stopped by someair bubbles ,then the liquid will be pushed to move when the pressure differencebetween two ends of the piping reaches a critical value. But if we superinduce avibratory source, then the critical pressure difference can be reduced by a factorof 5/6. When the liquid is in a slow moving state, the vibration can be used tospeed up the movement of the liquid. Also a special frequency dependent curve isobtained .The test proved that the vibration has a tangible result of eliminating the re-sistance due to surface tension and bloody yield point. When the velocity of theliquid with the air bubbles is less than 0. 1cm/s, the vibration may raise liquidvelocity about ten times or more. But when the liquid velocity is more than1cm/s ,the increase of the velocity is not significant with vibration. Above men-tioned results also fit to the case possessed the pellet in the water or small blood-y coagulum in the blood.

为了从研究振动对生物体内物质的耗散作用出发,我们用振动进行了一系列体外模拟实验。实验证明,在一定范围内机械振动能起解除管道气栓的作用。在内径为1mm的塑料管道中,无论是充满水或是血液,如果被气体完全阻塞,只要加大管道两端的压差到适当程度就可能推动液体运行。但如果加上振动的作用,则推动液体运行所需要的压差可以降低5/6左右。当管道因气泡阻力而处于缓流状态时,振动起助流作用,而且有特定的频响曲线。实验结果说明,振动对表面张力和血液的屈服应力所造成的阻力,均有明显的衰减作用。
