In the paper we have also provided a kind of clarification of [1] and a somewhat detailed explanation of the connection between the basic concepts of the normal fuzzy set structure and those of the existing fuzzy set theory. Countless facts have showed that this method is acceptable and effective in the project design. The examples presented here are all obtained from the successful and actual projects.
