The data converted by A/D converter enter microcomputer system and are processed according to the reguirement of each opera- tional function. Finally a CRT displays the spectral curve as well as the relative character comments . At the same time , a plotter can draw spectral curve and a printer can give all the data required by user. According to a laser power monitor, the microcomputer only collects the spectral data within the range of predetermined power, or classifies the spectral data with laser power. Spectral curves with different excitation density are then displayed.1. Data AcquisitionBecause the spectral measurement system, with TV camera as a dector, should possess high speed and high precision, an ADC-HS12BMC high performance 12 bit A/D converter with a self contained sample-hold is used. It is necessary that the microcomputer should execute calculating program in the course of data acguisition to increase the signal-to-noise ratio. Because of the lower speed of EG3003 microcomputer the high clock single boad computer is used to acquire data. Then the data are transferred to EG3003 microcomputer with Z80-DMA controller.2. Data Transfer from the Single Boad Computer to EG3003 microcomputer is realized with Z80-DMA.The ordinary usage of Z80-DMA in data transfer is from a partial address space to another partial address space in the same main internal memory, to external device etc. In our system data transfer with Z80-DMA between two different microcomputers are required.Moreover, the data are transferred between high clock and low clock microcomputers and between static and dynamic memories. For this purpose a special DMA control circuit was developed. It is shown in Fig.2.The internal memory of EG3003 microcomputer is a RAM 4116 dynamic memory. In the effective state of DMA, its CPU loses the function controlling bus and can not refresh the dynamic RAM. But the addressing is successively changed when 512 data are written in the dynemic RAM. Thus, it is possible to refresh the dynamic RAM automatically in the course of data transfer.3. Two-Dimensional Grating scan controlIn order to measure two-dimensional multitrack time-resolved luminescent spectra, method of blanking electron-beam is used to control two-dimensional parameters X0, △X, Y0 and AY of grating scan picture. Because of the high speed and high resolution of television scanning, the control signals of Xo, AX, Y0 and AY have to be generated with hardware. To generate X0 and AX control signal the line synchronization pulses are coun- ted with Z80-CTC. As the count speed of Z80-CTC is low, so the 10MHz clock is counted with 74LS193 counters to generate Y0 and AY control signals. In flyback interval of each field,the numerical data of two-dimensional parameters X0, △X, Y0 and AY are loaded or retrofitted with the softwares.4. Improvement of gigngl-to-Ncise Rtio with the Software of MicrocomputerThere are the following ways of improving signal-to-noise ratio in this system: ( 1 ) Using storage performance of silicon target of detector, the software of microcomputer controls blanking electron-beam so as to accumulate signals successively in the target, the signal is scanned out until S/N is high enough. ( 2 ) Using the method of synchro accumulation, S/N has a -fold increase. (3) Real time and automatic background deduction. ( 4 ) Data smooth.5. Application SoftwaresThis system is abundant in the functions of data acquisition, data processing and display etc. These functions are all realized with softwares developed specifically.6.

H. Wu). An extremely simple and rapid code for engineering calculation is obtained, it can be programmed and computed with a pocket computer such as Sharp PC-1500. The selection of initial condition, the approach of iteration, the measure of data smooth, (he determination of solidity and the applicable range of this method are discussed and given. The feasibility of this method is demonstrated with several design examples of low transonic cascades and it is shown that the calculation results are accurate enough. This method can also be extended to axial, radial or mixed flow turbomachine cascades with entropy increase laying along arbitrary stream filament of revolution.

By using the theory desiging intelligent instrument, especially the methods and technique of porsonal computer instrument which has been developed since 1980' s, geology instrument has deeply revolutionized. The new kinds of geology instrument, microcomputer instrument of geology, has played aa important role in every field of geology scienea. Applying the algorithm of data processing to the design of microcomputer instrument of geology can renew technical specifications, inhanee real-time processing feature of field survey increase efficiency, decrease prospecting cost and speed up exploration, obtain higher precision of survey and interpreting.According to the experience of designing mierocomputer instrument for geology survey, this paper discusses the problems of algorithm theory and its application in microcomputer instrument design of geology sieace, i. e.how to us3 the computing function of microcomputer for measuriag error elimination, data smooth, nonlinear correction, signal analysis and information transform, etc. These algorithms have been used in designing "Real-time Aequisition and Processing System of Microcomputer for Static Soatic Sounding" and "Intelligent Multiple Engineering Dynamic Survey Meter", producing a favourable result. The Intelligent Instr-meat with the function real-time data processing and with the interpretation fuac-tion by man-machine conversation shows a developmental tendency to future geology instruments.

本文根据最新发展的个人仪器理论,讨论了在微机地学仪器设计中如何利用软件算法消除测量误差,实现传感器的非线性校正、数据平滑、信号分析与信息变换等方法技术,某些方法技术引用了笔者的微机地学仪器设计实例加以说明。
