Studies were made on certain characteristics of gas-lift reactor. This type of reactor is called Pachuca tank in hydrometallurgy and is used widely as gas-liquid-suspended solid particles 3-phase reactor. Methods were developed to calculate gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid particles circulation capacity through the central tube of the reactor based on energy balance principle. Starting from the force balance on a solid particle, equations with dimensionless groups were also developed...

Methods were developed to calculate gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid particles circulation capacity through the central tube of the reactor based on energy balance principle. Starting from the force balance on a solid particle, equations with dimensionless groups were also developed to calaulate the critical settling velocity of particles at the reactor bottom. Based on experimental results, the critical plug-up velocity of reactor can be calculated by an equation developed. Results can be used for the design and operation of this kind reactor.

本文对气体提升搅拌反应器(Pachuca tank)的性能,进行多方面的实验研究:建立了反应器内循环量的计算方法;根据对固体颗粒作用力的分析,研究了反应器内固体颗粒的临界沉淀速度;由能量平衡的概念出发,通过实验,建立了反应器堵塞的临界速度关系式。此外,还对反应器结构作了讨论,可供设计和操作时参考。

A method to determine the state of gas lift- tug water in gas well using kinetic energy factor is presented and the limits for quantita- vely distinguishing various flow patterns are given.The mechanism of gas well dewatering under different flow patterns is discussed.The effect of foam-assist dewatering,preseription, applieable range and precautions in the practice are deseribed.

本文提出以动能因子判别气井带水状况,并定量地给出了划分各流态的界限。进而讨论了各流态的气井带水机理,介绍了泡沫排水的作用、配方、应用范围及施工注意问题。
