Corynebacterium parvum vaccine was capable of activating the Mononuclear Phagocytes System. Lysozyme could be one of the marker of maerophages. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effect of corynebacterium parvum vaccine on the macrophage lysozyme and to determine whether the lysozyme assay could be employed in vivo in markering the number and function of activated macrophage.We have tested the lysozyme level of peritoneal maerophages and serum which were taken from 159 inbred C57BL and 74 white out-bred mice. The experiments showed that the lysozyme levels of mouse peritoneal macrophages and of serum in different species as well as in different ages was different. The lygozyme levels of mouse peritoneal macrophage and serum in less young and older mice were lower than the younger ones. After the injection of corynebacterium parvum vaccine in the peritoneal cavity, the number of peritoneal exudate cells (P. E. C.)in 057BL/6 and white mice was increassed; the lysozyme levels of P. E. C. and of the serum were also increased. By exammg the size and number of macrophages in vitro and by studying the lysozyme of peritoneal macrophages and serum, the lysozyme levels showed a close correlation with the number and function of activated macrophages. Therefore we suggested that the determination of serum lysozyme may be used as a marker of activated macrophages by the injection. G. parvum vaccine, the detection of serum lysozyme may be significant for basic research and clinical application.

本文观察了不同品系及相同品系不同鼠龄的小鼠腹腔Mφ和血清溶菌酶含量,发现年幼鼠和年老鼠的腹腔Mφ和血清溶菌酶量较年青鼠低,经注射CPV后,白色非近交系和C57BL/6近交系鼠的PEC数量增多,主要是Mφ增加,Mφ体积明显增大,PEC溶菌酶量和血清溶菌酶量均增加,它们呈现平行关系。因而认为测定血清溶菌酶量的变化可以作为CPV激活Mφ的一种指标。

本实验对小白鼠阴栓龄胚第9~16天的前、中肾发育过程中的组织学和组织化学变化进行了核酸(甲绿-哌若咛稀染法)、PAS 反应(McManus 法)、AcP(硫化铅法)、ATPase(Wach-stein-Meisel 中性法)、AlP(钙钴法)、SDH(Pearse's MTT 法),酯酶(Pearson 法)观察,以成年鼠肾作对照。1.小白鼠前肾(阴栓龄胚第9~10.5天),除含丰富的 RNA 外,其余指标无明显的阳性反应。2.小白鼠中肾(早期胚第10.5~13天),中肾小管及导管除含丰富的 RNA 外,AlP、AcP、ATPase、SDH、酯酶几无活性,PAS 反应极弱。中肾后期 RNA 减少,PAS 反应、AcP、ATP-ase、AlP 活性增强,并随中肾小管、中肾导管及密勒氏管之继续发育或退化而有强弱不同。特别是 AcP 在所有退化组织中均明显增强,对其意义也予以讨论。
