Multiple research methods were used to make a deeper study of the teaching contents of physical education theory in institutions of higher learning in our country. The result of our atudy further proves that the teaching of physical education theory has a positive effect on the students in their learning and mastering the technique of movements, in their understanding of the importance of physical education, in their sports behaviour, and in their adopting the idea of life-long physical education. The result indicates that teaching class hours for physical education theory should be increased, teaching contents and methods should be improved, and the teachers and students are inclined to have different choices of teaching contents. Suggestions have been put forward for the systematic study of the teaching of physical education theory in institutions of higher learning. 采用多种研究方法,对我国普通高校体育理论课的教学内容作了较深入的探讨。研究结果进一步证明了体育理论教学对学生学习和掌握动作技术、提高学生对体育的认识、学生的体育行为和树立终生体育思想有着积极的影响。作者认为:目前高校体育理论课需要增加时数、教学内容和形式急待改进,体育教师与学生对教学内容的选择有着不同的倾向性。为系统地研究高校体育理论课教学提出了一些参考意见。 The optimization theories and methods were used to improve the quality of teaching and training for gymnastic class. The result indicates the teaching method of the optimization has a positive effect on the students in their learning and mastering the technique of movements.Suggestions have been put forward for the application of the optimization theory to the teaching and training of gymnastics. 本文作者应用教学教育过程最优化的理论与方法,指导体操教学训练。经过多年的探索,实践证明要提高教学训练的效益和质量,就应发挥教学系统的整体功能,选择最佳教学方法,突出教学重点,抓住关键环节。 The author of the paper adopts the experimental method in the study of effectively teaching wushu, or martial arts, through the student modelling method. The results show that the method is helpful for students not only to memorise the names and sequences of movements as quickly as possible, but also to grasp the key points of the techniques of movement they have learnt. Finally, the paper provides some useful theoretical evidence for the teaching of wushu this way. 采用实验研究法 ,对运用学生造型示范进行武术教学效果的研究。结果表明 ,运用学生造型示范法 ,不仅有助于学生尽快记忆动作名称顺序及掌握所学技术动作 ,而且对提高整体教学效果也有良好的影响作用 ,同时也为武术教学提供了可供借鉴的理论依据
