The objectives consist of four important terms including network loss, investment of reactive compensation equipment, static voltage stability margin, and voltage deviation of PQ bus. First, voltage stability sensitivity factor index method is applied to identify weak bus as candidate nodes for installing new reactive compensation equipment,then capability and location are optimized with genetic algorithm (GA). The present method is applied to IEEE30 bus systems with satisfactory result and has improved the voltage stability of the whole power system.

建立了模糊多目标无功优化规划的数学模型。在目标函数中考虑了网损、无功补偿设备的投资、静态电压稳定裕度以及负荷节点电压的偏移。首先采用电压稳定灵敏度排序法找出电压稳定性最差的节点,作为候选无功补偿节点;然后采用遗传算法对数学模型进行求解,得到优化补偿节点及补偿节点的优化补偿容量。通过对IEEE30节点的计算结果表明:采用文中的优化规划方法能够达到很好的降损效果,提高了整个系统的电压稳定性。

提出了一种可在线应用的静态电压稳定裕度计算方法。首先基于计及负荷静态特性的节点静态电压稳定指标(VSI),用直线拟合VSI变化曲线,计算系统最大负荷系数,推导出负荷系数裕度指标,然后将此指标和发电机无功越界裕度指标配合使用,从而可以较好地对系统的负荷裕度进行在线估计。IEEE 30节点的仿真表明该方法应用简单、计算速度快,可用于电力系统运行状态的实时监控。
