Dianshan Lake is an important water source of Huangpu River. Dianshan Lake is an important water source of Huangpu River. Industries excursions, domestic animal and bird feces, human fecal sewage, living wastewater, breeding fish ponds, 4 surface runoff, paddy field permeation and shipping, as water pollution sources, were researched. In 1994 5113.3 t of CODcr, 2093.4 t of BOD5, 653.5 t of total N, 139.2 t of total P and 11.59 t of Oil were discharged into water bodies of Dianshan Lake Areas, total equivalent standard discharged amount (TESDA) of water pollutants was 4154.2 *106m3/Y. Domestic animal and bird feces, living pollution and surface runoff,as main pollution sources,took 46.76%, 18.09% and 12.25% of TESDA respectively, and discharged into Dianshan Lake pollutants took 30.05% of TESDA. The research results offered science basis for water quality protection of Dianshan Lake.

淀山湖是黄浦江的重要水源。被调查的水质污染源有工业、旅游、畜禽粪尿、人粪尿、生活污水、精养鱼塘、四种地表径流、稻田渗漏和航运。淀山湖区 1994年排放CODcr、BOD_5、总氮、总磷和石油等污染物分别为5113.3t、2093.4t、653.5t、139.2t和11.59t,总等标排放量为4154.2×10~6 m~3/年,其中主要污染源畜禽粪尿、生活污染和地表径流分别占46.76%、18.09%和12.25%,进入淀山湖的污染物等标排放量占总量的30.05 %。研究结果为保护淀山湖水质提供了科学依据。
