Angioleiomyoma originating from smooth muscles of the vascular wall, mostly in subcutaneous tissue, is scarcely reported in this country.This series consists of 17 patients, 11 male and 6 female,at 27-56 years of age.Extremities are involved in 13 (76.4%) of the cases, including 8 in legs and 5 in arms, and the neck, hard palate, buttock and multiple lesions each in 1 respectively.The tumors are round and smooth and measured 0.3-3.5cm in diameter, most of them being less than 2 cm in diameter.The overlying skin usually normal in color.Eight of the cases are associated with pain or tenderness.Grossly the tumors are firm and well encapsulated.The cut surface is grayish pink in colour with characteristic whirls of fine fibrils.Microscopically, with special stains with Masson's trichrome or Van Gieson methods, the tumor is composed of well differentiated smooth muscle cells.These cells in bundles surround the blood vessels.Smooth muscle of the vessel walls and the tumor cells cannot be distinguished.The majority of angioleiomyoma are benign, only rarely malignant.The differentiating features of this tumor from malignant smooth muscle tumors are the frequency of mitotic figures, pleomorphism of the nuclei and cellularity.

血管平滑肌瘤来源于血管壁之平滑肌,多发生于身体表面皮下组织内,国内文献报告不多。本文报告17例,男11例,女6例,年龄27~56岁,30岁以上13例,占76.4%,发生在四肢13例,下肢8例,上肢5例,颈部、臀部、硬腭、多发性各1例。肿物圆滑,直径0.3~3.5cm,大多数在2cm以内,皮肤颜色无改变。肿物发生疼痛与压痛者8例。病理检查;肿瘤质硬,有完整包膜,切面呈灰红色,纤维条纹呈旋涡状。瘤细胞为分化良好的平滑肌细胞并呈束状围绕血管排列,瘤细胞与血管平滑肌细胞没有明显界限。采用苯胺兰与胶原纤维的特殊染色法以识别平滑肌。血管平滑肌瘤绝大多数为良性,恶性极少,判断良恶性主要以核多形性,核分裂相以及多细胞性为依据。

The calculatior method presented in this paper is based on an improvement of boundary conditions for micro-continuum fluid model with blood flow assuming that the blood cell velocity at blood vessel wall is unequal to zero. As for steady state blood flow equation (flow in vitro-a rigid circular tube) presented by Eringen, the magnitude of the blood cell gyroscopic velocity at blood vessel wall and the slope of the blood cell gyroscopic velocity distribution curve at the axis of the blood vessel...

As for steady state blood flow equation (flow in vitro-a rigid circular tube) presented by Eringen, the magnitude of the blood cell gyroscopic velocity at blood vessel wall and the slope of the blood cell gyroscopic velocity distribution curve at the axis of the blood vessel are assumed. From the above-mentioned assumptions the calculation method of velocity distribution curve in blood vessel is derived. The curve calculated by this method is compared with the test curve measured by Bugliarello and Hayden. The results were calculated by Turk, Sylvester, Ariman and this method is compared with each other, too.

本文所提出的计算方法,其基础是对血液流动微连续统模型作了一种边界条件的改进,设想了血管内壁面上血细胞速度可能不为零.对于由Eringen所提出的关于刚性圆管中稳态血液流动方程,假设了血管内壁面上血细胞的旋转速度,及血细胞旋转速度分布曲线在管轴处的斜率,导出了计算血管中速度分布曲线的方法,并将按此理论计算而得的曲线与Bugliarello和Hayden在实验中测得的分布曲线及由Turk,Sylvester和Ariman所提出的计算公式的结果相比较.
