The parameter estimation in sintering process of plumbum and zinc smelting is a concerned challenge for the complexity in chemical reactions. The idea of intelligent integrated modeling strategy was to combine multiple modeling techniques to acquire all kinds of information from the plant. The study of estimation of sulfur content in agglomerate was vital for operation optimization. An estimation model for sulfur estimation based on intelligent integrated strategy was put forward, in which the mathematical model calculates the sulfur content in agglomerate following material balance equation with some unsolvable parameters estimated by neural network method, while the expert rule model describe the relationship between sulfur quantity and key factors. An intelligent coordinator based on fuzzy logic is proposed to synthesize the output of the models. The estimation model was tested by industrial practical data, its average error is 7.5%. So this model could be used as a guide in practical operation in sintering process.

针对铅锌冶炼烧结过程烧结块残硫估计问题,提出了一个基于智能集成策略的软测量模型,主要包括数学模型、专家规则模型和智能协调器几部分.其中数学模型通过物料平衡方程计算烧结块残硫,方程中的部分不可解参数由神经网络估计给出.专家规则模型对残硫与主要影响因素之间的关系进行了描述.基于模糊逻辑的智能协调器根据生产条件的情况综合各模型的输出作为估计结果.工业实际数据验证表明,智能集成模型的残硫估计误差平均值仅为7.5%,而且真实反映了烧结块残硫的变化趋势,可以为生产操作提供有益的指导.

Considering the complexity in PbZn sintering process, an intelligent integrated modeling is presented to assure the composition prediction precision of PbZn agglomerate and to meet the requirements of the data completeness by blending computation, which synthesizes the advantages of mechanism modeling and other intelligent methods. Firstly, under normal production conditions(or on the complete data section), a supervised distributed neural networks(SDNN) is established by fuzzy classification/combination and the description method of different neural networks(NN) on different subspace; then, under abnormal/unusual production conditions(or on the incomplete data section), an expertise and mechanism based(EM) model is built, in which some hypothetical or statistical parameters are modified by empirical rules; lastly, the EM model and the SDNN are integrated in series and parallel structure, and the integrated model is coordinated and updated by use of expert reasoning to realize the on-line prediction of composition. The intelligent integrated model is applied to industrial process, and the relative errors of prediction for lead and zinc are 1.51% and 0.41%, respectively.

针对铅锌烧结过程异常复杂的实际情况,提出了一种既可保证预测精度又满足配料计算对数据完备性要求的铅锌烧结块成分预测智能集成模型。该模型综合了机理与多种智能建模方法的优点,对于正常生产情况(即数据完备区),通过模糊分类/组合以及神经网络NN分段描述方法建立了成分预测的监督式分布神经网络模型;对于异常或不常用工况(即数据不完备区),通过专家经验规则修正部分假定或统计参数方式建立经验机理模型;采用串、并联形式将2种模型有机结合,并通过专家推理进行集成协调与更新修正,形成智能集成模型,实现成分可靠、准确的在线预测。在实际生产中运用该模型,烧结块铅、锌成分预测的相对误差分别为1.51%和0.41%。

Considering the characteristics such as strong nonlinear,time-varying in the lead-zinc sintering process,the predictive method of fuzzy coefficient-variable of permeability is presented by applying the idea of intelligent integrated modeling.Based on the analysis of mechanism and the relativity of technology parameters,the neural network predictive models of technology parameters and time sequence are(established).The structure of fuzzy coefficient-variable of synthetical permeability integrated predictive model of lead-zinc sintering process is designed through a fuzzy classifier.The weight coefficient of these two sub-models is decided by status fluctuation.The results of simulation show that the proposed model possesses high precision and strong self-study ability.The precision of the integrated model is higher than that of either sub-model,even on the condition of big fluctuation,and this model possesses definite sensitivity and robustness.

针对铅锌烧结过程的强非线性、时变等特点,运用智能集成建模的思想,提出一种模糊分类变系数透气性状态预测方法。首先深入机理分析和工况参数相关性分析研究,采用神经网络方法建立工艺参数和时间序列透气性预测模型;然后借助于模糊组合器实现两个子模型的有机组合,设计了模糊分类变系数综合透气性集成预测模型结构,其中加权系数由工况波动程度确定。运行结果表明:提出的集成模型具有较高的预测精度和较强的自学习能力,并且在工况波动严重的情况下,仍然具有好的预测效果,该模型具有一定的灵敏度和鲁棒性。
