The surface pattern, surface roughness contour and roughness curve were measured with roughness meter, it provides basis for physical module of thermal protection property of coating material. The parameter estimate of thermal conductivity coefficient was done using sensitivity method of system identification, the useful results was obtained. To analyze the surface pattern of difference technology, the boundary condition of three types were given. The thermal protection mechanism of three layer for coating material under heating process was discussed, the conservation equations which reflects difference function was established. The comparison between the prediction and ARC experimental results for thermal protection property of coating material was presented, it shows a good agreement.
