This paper presents a new method of tracking time-varying system parameters.The basic idea of the method is to estimate the parameter variation rate through Kalman filtering by using the information of the prediction error of a WLS estimator for the system.And the results is used to update the parameter estimate.The algorithm of estimating the gradient is carried out in parallel with parameter estimate,thus it gives better tracking capability.

本文提出一种跟踪辨识时变系统的新方法。其基本思想是以加权最小二乘(WLS)方法估计参数的预测误差为信息,用卡尔曼滤波估计参数的变化率,并用之对参数估计进行修正。估计变化率的算法简洁并与参数估计平行迭代,因而,这种估计时变参数的方法具有较好的跟踪性能。
