During the course of operation, the volume of ventilation is increased, the flow speed of respiratory gas is accelerated and the airway resistance is elevated. As the PaCO_2 is elevated, the arterial blood pH decreased. Although the blood pH variation becomes more marked as the period of operation is lengthened, these changes are far less than that of general anesthesia group. Based on animal experiments...

As the PaCO_2 is elevated, the arterial blood pH decreased. Although the blood pH variation becomes more marked as the period of operation is lengthened, these changes are far less than that of general anesthesia group. Based on animal experiments and clinical observations that after thoracotomy the PaO_2 reduced significantly, and the percentage of blood shunting increased. It is resonable to have oxygen inhalation in order to correct hypoxemia, decrease the work of breathing and improve the efficiency of acupuncture anesthesia. As compared with patients of general anesthesia, the blood PO_2 in acupuncture anesthesia group is higher under the similar condition of oxygen inhalation. It is suggested that acupuncture may play sonde role in the regulation of respiratory function.

An overview of the application of structure activity relationships(SARs) in environmental chemistry is presented.The environmental behaviour of organic pollutants depends on their chemical structure described by various physicochemical parameters, among which lipophility is the predominant one. In most cases the part of the free energe change which can be attributed to the hydrophobic bonding usually gives the major contribution to the biological response compared with the other factors. In the SARs study lipophility of organic compounds is measured by their partition coefficients, P, in the n-octanol/water system.The environmental behaviours, such as solubility, toxicity, the tendencies of sediment adsorption and bioaccumulation, of organic pollutants are strongly related with their log P values.The dissociation constants of organic acids and bases also strongly influence their environmental behaviours through the pH variation of ambient water. These physicochemical parameters of organic pollutants are therefore useful in the forecasting of potential hazards caused by these pollutants.Such forecasting may help us to focus further studies on more important subjects.The calculation of log P by Hansch's hydrophobic substituent constant and Rekker's hydrophobic fragmental constant, the determination of log P by traditional direct shake-flask methods and indirect chromatographic methods are discussed.The determination of acid constants, Kα, and the simultaneous determination of Kα and log P are introduced by using chlorophenols as examples.

In order to probe into the forms of existence of germanium in coal, six kinds of analytical methods (electronic probe analysis, separation of heavy liquid,grain-size analysis,electric osmosis,chemical extraction and grade-extraction) have been adopted, A simulated test of humic complex germanium in the laboratory was carried out. According to infrared spectral analysis are found,that is 1700cm-1 wavecrest almost disappears, 1250cm"1 peak weakens and 1600cm"1 peak strengthens, 1400cm"1 peak slightly strengthens.No doubt, these illustrate the formation of humic germanium complex. Afterward,through differential thermal analysis and measurement of pH variation of media, it futher proves the presence of humic germanium complex.lt is considered that the forms of existence of germanium in uranium-bearing coals mainly are. (l) In close chemical combination with organic matter,usually in the form of humic germanium complex and germanium organic compound.(2) In the state of absorption, germanium is absorbed by some organic matter, clay minerals and limonite etc. (3) A very rare part occurring as isom?orphous form.

帮卖盆地是一个不对称的山间向斜盆地,其基底为海西-燕山期(γ_4~3-γ_5~2)花岗岩体。盖层为新第三纪N_1的含煤碎屑岩。锗矿大部分产于N_1~2煤层中。含铀、锗煤主要为煤化程度低的褐煤,属于半暗-半亮、暗-亮煤及亮-暗煤。为了探讨煤中锗的存在形式,采用了六种分析方法(电子探针、重液分离、粒度分析、电渗析、化学提取和逐级提取法),又进行了腐殖酸络合锗的室内模拟实验。根据红外光谱的分析,发现1700cm~(-1)峰基本消失,1250cm~(-1)峰有所减弱,而1600cm~(-1)峰增大,1400cm~(-1)峰略有增强。无疑说明形成腐殖酸锗络合物。随后经差热分析和测定介质中的pH变化等更进一步证明腐殖酸锗络合物的存在。本文认为含铀煤中锗的存在形式主要有:1.与有机质成紧密化学结合,常以腐殖酸锗络合物及锗有机化合物存在。2.呈吸附状态,部分有机质、粘土矿物及褐铁矿等吸附。3.极少部分呈类质同象形式存在。
