粉煤灰中碳的含量,是直接影响粉煤灰综合利用的重要因素之一。可以采用不同的途径降低粉煤灰中碳的水平。在燃烧过程中,通过锅炉改造,调整锅炉内的燃料条件,使煤能够充分燃烧,从而降低含碳量。当排出的粉煤灰含碳量较高时,采用电选、浮选、燃烧等方法可除掉粉煤灰中部分未燃尽碳。在降低了含碳量后,粉煤灰的质量得到很大提高,从而提高了粉煤灰的综合利用水平。本文介绍了国内外先进的粉煤灰除碳技术和方法。
