Supercritical water has a good restraint to the produce of coke appeared in thermal decomposition, so it has a promising future of industrial application.

综述了有关聚乙烯 (PE)热分解和超临界水分解的研究情况 ,对 PE的两种分解过程进行了对比。考察了分解产物的分子量、油转化率、催化剂的作用、反应机理等内容。对比结果表明 ,超临界水分解时不使用催化剂、反应温和、具有较高的油转化率 ,同时 ,产物分子量分布宽 ,组成复杂。超临界水分解对于热分解过程中产生的炭化现象有很好的抑制作用 ,因而具有广阔的工业应用前景

In order to seek for a more efficient way of recycling waste polymer, the decomposition behavior and product composition of PP were compared using thermal decomposition and supercritical water decomposition technique, the reaction remainders were analyzed by IR and thermal analysis methods, and the composition of the liquid is investigated by Gas Chromatography and Mass spectrometers. The results indicate that PP can be totally transferred into an oily product when the thermal decomposition temperature is 420 °C, while only 63% of the reactors are decomposed by supercritical water and the process is slower than the former. When the supercritical wateris is used the higher the pressure, the lower the decomposition content, and the pressure has some negative effect on the decomposition of low molecular product.

为了寻求一种更为有效的聚合物分解回收方法,采用热分解和超临界水分解方式对聚丙烯(PP)的分解行为和分解产物进行了对比实验研究,并利用红外光谱、热分析仪等分析手段对反应残留物进行分析,用气相色谱和质谱对液相成分进行表征.结果表明:在反应温度为420℃的条件下,PP经热分解全部转化成液体油状物,而超临界水分解只有63%的分解率,反应较热分解进程缓慢;超临界水分解时,压力越高,PP分解率越低;压力的存在对于某些小分子分解产物的生成有一定的抑制作用.
