Based on the research on physical metallurgy prediction model including the model of austenite recrystallization in microstructure evolvement, carbo-nitride precipitation, and relation between austenite phase transformation and structure-properties during strip control rolling and cooling, the austenite grain size of 0.16C-0.06Si-1.30Mn steel simulated calculated by computer after 7 pass hot deformation between 1 173 K and 1 081 K by Gleeble-1500 hot simulator was 43 μm, while the actual-measured austenite...

Based on the research on physical metallurgy prediction model including the model of austenite recrystallization in microstructure evolvement, carbo-nitride precipitation, and relation between austenite phase transformation and structure-properties during strip control rolling and cooling, the austenite grain size of 0.16C-0.06Si-1.30Mn steel simulated calculated by computer after 7 pass hot deformation between 1 173 K and 1 081 K by Gleeble-1500 hot simulator was 43 μm, while the actual-measured austenite grain size in structure of strip after 7 pass deformation was 38 μm, the relative error was 13%. Therefore the austenite recrystallization grain size simulated calculated by computer better conform to that of actual measured value.

在研究板带控轧控冷过程中钢中显微组织演变过程奥氏体再结晶、碳氮化合物析出、奥氏体相变和组织性能对应关系的物理冶金模型的基础上 ,通过Gleeble 15 0 0热模拟机和计算机模拟计算得出成分(% ) 0 16C ,0 0 6Si,1 30Mn钢在 1173~ 10 81K经 7道次热变形后奥氏体晶粒尺寸为 4 3μm ,同时实测 7道次变形后轧钢组织中奥氏体尺寸为 38μm ,相对误差 13%。计算机模拟计算的奥氏体再结晶晶粒尺寸与实测结果吻合较好。

生产铌微合金化HRB400钢筋时,化学成分主要元素C,S i,Mn按中限控制,Nb按0.02%质量分数配加;连铸坯加热到1 000~1 120℃出钢,高压水除鳞后在950℃左右开轧;经过减定径机组、水冷段及均温段后,在920℃吐丝;入口段、出口段辊道速度分别为17.8,28 m/m in,保温罩全开,风机全关;经过斯太尔摩冷却到600℃左右集卷,而后在P/F线上空冷。按此控轧控冷工艺能生产出高等级优质钢筋。
